I myself chose the hotel for my vacation, already from the reviews I knew where I was going. And in the agency they just filled everything out for me, and then I came and took the documents. Their office was closest to me. We had a flight delay of 6 hours on the way back. We were supposed to leave at 9 pm, but we left at 3 am. The organization of the tour operator was not very good.
