We had no delays, everything was of high quality and without problems. We bought excursions ourselves, because the guide is 2-3 times more expensive. It is strictly forbidden to buy excursions from guides. →

There were no nuances in Kyiv, the girls met all the deadlines that they discussed, they fulfilled everything, the documents were handed over as promised, no questions arose during the transaction. But the guide did not meet our expectations at all. We were ignored, some paid expensive conditions were palmed off, we got just a nightmarish hotel and no one reacted to help in resolving certain issues. →
