We went with the specified travel agency on a New Year's bus trip: Budapest-Vienna-Amsterdam-Paris-Luxembourg-Eger. We are travelers with a very long experience (I changed 3 passports in 5 years - there is no place for visas) and I competently declare that it is difficult to imagine a better escort from Delta Travel than Elena Prikhodko (on the Baltic Express route), but competence , the responsibility of Svetlana's manager is beyond praise.
