Just got back from the European Fantasy tour. Cities are great! But this is not the merit of the tour operator. I'll start in order...
Documents were submitted 6 weeks before the last day, it was impossible to get any information about visas - according to Delta Travel employees, passports are issued at the Hungarian Consulate only 1-2 days before the start of the trip. This is complete nonsense - I am a tourist with 7 years of experience (though with other tour operators ...). But that's not all, part of the tourists' passports were given not in Kyiv, but in Uzhgorod. Explanation - the travel agency does not have enough "quotas" for departure, they are issued through partners. I wonder what if something went wrong? Yes, and in the group we had a lot of tourists who came to Kyiv and Lviv from other cities - what should they do?
Accompanying Valentina is a wonderful person, but this is not a profession. As an escort - so-so, 3+, although I tried very hard. Excursions are not thought out, time too ... Guides in Budapest and Prague are something. Clumsy speech and the main focus - where and what you can, and most importantly you need, to buy and where exactly to dine (collect money and they will make a reservation).
In general, the impression of the tour is good, but about the tour operator - I will never use his services again!
