European fantasy

Recently returned from the European Fantasy tour. Excellent, rich program. The tour is planned in such a way that every day there were new cities, or even two in one day. Our group leader, Valentina, is an organized, pleasant and patient girl. She answered all the questions and requests of tourists (although the group was rather big and of different ages). she told a lot of interesting information, both about historical facts, legends, etc., and practical advice (where to eat, how to navigate the city and what to bring from a particular country). Before the trip, I read several negative reviews on this site, which alerted me, and I no longer knew what to expect from the trip. But back from the tour, I think these people were just not ready for the trip. For such a price (99 euros), tourists are given the opportunity to visit 5 countries (Hungary, Austria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic), so it would be foolish to expect accommodation in luxurious rooms, but the comfort level of the hotel was quite enough to relax after a busy day and have a hearty breakfast. The trip was well organized, we knew in advance the place and time of the meeting, and in the morning they even woke us up :) All the details of the trip are scheduled in the program, without any surprises. If you are looking for a vivid experience, a rich program and nice staff for an adequate price - you and Delta Travel are on the way, but if you are going to Europe to soak in the hotel jacuzzi and have lobsters for breakfast - maybe you need another operator. Personally, I plan my next trip with this travel agency. Thank you for a good stay, it's a pity that not enough! :)
