The info sheet for our tour was provided to us just a day before departure, although we bought the tour 3 months in advance, this made us nervous, we spent the last week before leaving called the agency - but he was never ready! It all started from Lvov, where we had to look for and call our group leader, since there was no bus at the designated place. →

What is happening now in Accord defies any explanation! We traveled with them often before and everything was fine, but now there is complete chaos and lawlessness! Tours are constantly canceled and rescheduled! The bands come together from several abandoned tours, filling the buses with people to capacity! Replacements offer WORSE, CHEAPER, last places →

In general, the tour is called "Date in Paris + Munich", however, both I and all my colleagues in misfortune agreed that it should immediately be renamed "Force Majeure in Paris - Munich!". If you want to ruin your vacation, welcome to Accord Tour! I, as an organized tourist, book in advance, choose a program, buy tickets to Lviv, which are not so easy to buy in summer. Accord employees assure that the tour will take place, but it is usually canceled two weeks in advance. You hand over tickets, lose money, postpone your vacation - Accord does not care about the plans of tourists. →

Impressions of the countries are super! From the organization, attitude towards tourists and the behavior of the tour operator - we are simply shocked! We bought the tour in advance, 3 months in advance, only because of 2 and a half days in Barcelona! And what did we get... 10 days before departure, Accord tour changed the program for a day and a half in Barcelona, ​​replacing one of the days with Zurich, without notifying the tourists. →
