If you want to ruin your vacation, welcome to Accord Tour! I, as an organized tourist, book in advance, choose a program, buy tickets to Lviv, which are not so easy to buy in summer. Accord employees assure that the tour will take place, but it is usually canceled two weeks in advance. You hand over tickets, lose money, postpone your vacation - Accord does not care about the plans of tourists. But they do not give a damn about the money - and transfers and proposals for alternatives begin. In the best case, you will be lucky and you will leave for the desired tour later. In the worst case, you will have to agree to the proposal. They offer everything in a row, in the expectation that the tourist has nowhere to go and he will agree. Naturally, replacements are all with a surcharge. If they offer a more expensive tour with a surcharge, this can still be understood, but when they try to replace it with a budget tour, which costs much less than the one they paid for, it's just a scam! I recommend to think carefully before buying a tour from Accord - spoiled mood, lost money and time are guaranteed!
