Which malls carry free buses from the hotel

Please tell me which malls carry free buses from this hotel, if at all. I read somewhere that they take them to the Outlet Mall. And if anyone knows how this happens? As far as I understand, they take them around in the afternoon, and pick them up late in the evening? Or are there no return transfers?

FREE WI-FI in the hotel is not available??? AND HOW MUCH COST LUNCH OR DINNER AT CAFE

Does the hotel really have no free WI-FI at all? Or is it possible to catch it somewhere? and in cafes on the contrary, you can "openly" connect to WI-FI? and how much is lunch or dinner for two in such cafes? And how do you get to the beach on foot? (Or will they tell you at the hotel?) And a transfer from the hotel to the beach - is it carried to a paid beach? and about the clothes "at the sights" I mean the Burj Khalifa, etc. Is this how you usually dress in the city?
