Hello. I'm not an expert on this subject, but my aunt lives in the US. She has a green card. She flew to Russia without any problems, and she and her mother flew to the UAE. There, after the rest, everyone flew to his home. Another time they met in Brazil, from there they flew to Russia together, and from Moscow my aunt returned to the USA.
