Me, my wife and 8 year old son decided to spend a weekend in Transcarpathia. We found this complex on the Internet, booked a room, and went....
We drove from the city of Neteshyn, Khmelnitsky region, in the city of Rivne we went to the Kyiv-Chop highway, which was very easy, in one breath.
In the district of V. Vorot turned to p. Uzhok and the first nightmare began - we drove (or crawled) 40 km in 2 hours.
There is no road at all, each subsequent km was given more and more difficult, we thought we would not get there. Toyota Auris car (clearance 160 mm).
Next, we stop at the complex, we are met by a friendly security guard and administrator Lena. Settled in the 2nd family room.
Everything is new - shower, plumbing, LCD TV, furniture. At the same time, in the bathroom, it is stable and cannot be removed by prolonged ventilation
the smell of dirt. The smell of fresh varnish in the room. The floor in the room was dirty (after complaining the cleaning lady came and washed everything). Also in the room I met a little mouse, which I told my wife about only after check-out.
There is no noise isolation in the room, thanks to the neighbors (a young cheerful company) that quickly calmed down.
Then the disappointments began.
On the territory of the complex (in its very center) there is a construction site, about which not a word was said not on the site, not a word was said on the phone (divorce No. 1).
The construction is really noisy and makes it difficult to relax. Further about the kitchen - those dishes (bograch, chicken soup, kebab potatoes on the grill, vegetables, uzvar) that we tried were really tasty.
But here we were waiting for a divorce No. 2, the prices on the menu differed from the bill by 20-25 percent (not in our favor). The administration argued this by the fact that they had not yet had time to print a new menu.
We learned about the new prices only when we brought the bill (the wife noticed a discrepancy). The waiters are extremely unsatisfactory, you can sit for an hour until someone comes to you.
Constantly need to be reminded of the order, because. forget to bring some dishes. For dinner, they generally said that the brazier does not work, however, after the administrator Lena gave the order
(set her brains) the brazier suddenly started working. We wanted to spend the night in the complex for two nights. We changed our minds - we spent the night one (for the second money was returned without problems). We weren't really looking forward to breakfast either.
a pleasant surprise. At 9:15 in the morning, some of the dishes declared on the menu were already missing, and after a half-hour wait for the waiter, we could not stand it and left the complex to travel further
across the Carpathians. We had breakfast and at the same time had lunch in Uzhgorod at the notary's Detsa institution (we put the institution 10 on a 5-sick scale). Another of the minuses of the complex Uzhansky fonts is the location.
There is no normal walking distance of the Carpathian nature, around someone's gardens or fenced areas with thorns. Also on 06/27/14 there was no book of complaints and suggestions. Well, we recommend the administrator Lena to dress like an administrator, and not in torn jeans
or shorts from which the 5th point falls out. We won't be visiting this complex again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
