In the services listed by the hotel, a buffet breakfast is indicated, but alas; breakfasts are the same: English breakfast and scrambled eggs with cheese and syrniki. After the second breakfast, when the child became unwell, we no longer had breakfast or lunch at the hotel. The cuisine is not tasty and expensive, as for such a menu, to drink coffee you need to go to a bar and the coffee there is also terrible, the tea is bred in titanium and it is not clear whether it is tea or something else.
The provided rooms are dirty, the room was not cleaned before check-in, and apparently it had not been cleaned for a very long time. There is dust and debris under the beds (bones from the berries of the previous tenants). Cobwebs and rubbish behind the beds. In the shower cabin, the drain is clogged with other people's hair and some kind of mold, when you wash yourself, you stand in the water, because. it goes badly, a lot of midges.

Furniture is a separate story: the door in the wardrobe was kept on one hinge, although there was a screw lying inside, it was possible to fasten it.
In a double room, one chair on which you need to sit down carefully, it falls apart. The so-called mini bar is empty, not even plain water. If you brought your own and want to cool it, forget it does not cool, it just buzzes and that's it.
Customer service is indifferent. The cash register in the restaurant broke down (this is the second day of our stay at the hotel) we were advised to go and look for where we could have dinner at 20.00 (we had a granddaughter, a teenage girl), we had to go almost to the cent.
The reviews say that the towels are changed every day and the room is also cleaned every day. In the eight days that we spent at the hotel, never! they didn’t change the towels and didn’t clean the room (twice they took out the garbage from the toilet and that’s it). No bathroom amenities
(hat and bag of shampoo) was not. There wasn't even soap.
The only plus of this hotel is the location. Near the river Uzh and the park, and relative silence.
The impressions from the rest were twofold: a beautiful city, friendly people and indifferent hotel staff. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to friends and acquaintances. We were very disappointed. And do not believe the very positive reviews, we have already checked this for ourselves.
