Pavliv potik. This is a place for walking. It is located right behind the bridge over the river Opir. 100 meters from the campsite there is a source of iron water (to the left of the bridge over the potik). After walking a little further, another 300 meters, there will be a source of naftusey.
To Urych from Skole. We got there by car, the transfer took 35 minutes because of the bad road. We were there at 8:30. There is no one around - silence. . . rocks.... and birds singing. . . An impressive place with the power and majesty of nature. Souvenirs, barbecue and expensive tinctures are sold in front of the entrance, lambs run nearby...
Kamyanka Waterfall. You can get there by any minibus in the direction of Lviv. After passing 4 kilometers, in front of the bridge (on the right) there will be a source of naftusya. After walking another 2 km, there will be a Kamyanka waterfall. Cool place for photos. Nearby you can eat and buy souvenirs. By the way, this is the only place where you can buy local souvenirs and magnets. Going a little further, there will be a clearing, on the right there will be a stall where a very Wonderful Person works. You can have a bite to eat, buy tinctures at an affordable price and drink coffee made from living water. Nearby begins the trail to the dead lake, the ascent takes 10 minutes. True, it’s hard to call it a dead lake, since ducks, toads and snakes swam there. But the silence there is really dead. Going down and going a little further, there will be a source of living water - the place is really holy and prayed with crystal clear water. You can walk a little further, but this is no longer for children and girls.
Climbing Mount Klyuch. The shortest climb to the top is located opposite the turn to the village of Kamenka up the stream. An hour of climbing and you are at the top of 929 m. The top is not impressive because it is just a stone in an overgrown forest. The observation deck is located to the left along the path. To the right, as it turned out, there was a descent, it took 45 minutes (by running), since the time was almost 17.00, and at 17.50 there was supposed to be a bus from Kamenka to Skole, which we got on and only the three of us rode.
Trip to the rock monastery. The monastery is located in the village of Rozgirche, 16 km from Skole. You need to drive in the direction of Lviv for 15 minutes, you need to get out after the railway crossing. Immediately after the stop, the longest pedestrian bridge across the Stryi begins. Behind him in front of the village there is mineral water. After walking for about 20 minutes through the village, you will reach the monastery.
Dovbush Rocks. You can only get there by taxi (tel. on the city's website). You need to go to the last huts of the village of Trukhanov, then walk 300 meters to the fork. At the fork we go left and up for about 50 minutes. Near the rocks you can ride horses and buy souvenirs.
Hiking to Parashka. This is perhaps the most interesting and exciting walk. The length of the route is almost 12 km. Since we were climbing with a small child, it was a bit heavy and in some places we had to carry it on our arms and shoulders. The beginning of the route starts 150 meters from the supermarket Rukavichka. There are sticks on the path in front of the forest, which can be useful for walking on the ridge, as everything is teeming and buzzing there. On the way we met copperheads, two different types of vipers, swarms of bees and bumblebees, especially a lot of them on the ridge. After an hour of a steep ascent, the road takes a little to the left and there you need to be sure to get water, as there will be no further water. It is impossible to get lost there, there is only a path to the top, along which, after 3 hours of walking, you will reach the ridge, where beautiful views begin. After another hour and a half, we came to the foot of the mountain. There is a wooden house there. It should be noted that it is designed for two people. Inside there is a map of the area and if you get lost or are going to spend the night in the mountains, then be sure to inside it. It closes from the inside. Don't forget that you are there. It's very beautiful at the top! The climb took us 5 hours. On this day, besides us, two more couples climbed the mountain, one of them began the descent to the Gurkalo waterfall. But we did not dare to go there: the path was not visible and there was no guarantee that we would go down before dark. And our descent took 4 hours. So, after nine and a half hours of walking, we returned to Skole satisfied and happy.
Rest in Skole and the surrounding area turned out to be very interesting and varied.
