We chose the hotel online. They called and agreed. When they arrived, they were horrified. The rooms are dirty. Towels are many, many years old. The administration and all the staff are indifferent to everything that happens to you. Nobody organizes any excursions and does not even try. There is no hair dryer. And as it turned out, there is no iron for the whole hotel???? ? They left early in the morning and returned in the evening. We are very sorry that we spent our vacation in Svyatoslav. Yes, and about breakfast, if you do not come by 8 in the morning, then at 9 there is nothing to eat. (breakfast included).
