Good afternoon!
This hotel is still a mystery to me. . .
Very beautiful nature, good location (on the highway, but there are few cars, so it’s easy to get there both by car and by public transport, which is quite important, given the different weather conditions in the Carpathians), visually beautiful base (several wooden log cabins, a tavern, Christmas trees on the territory, a place for parking), the presence of a slide with a very modest ski lift (it will be interesting only for those who are going to ski / board, if you are already skiing, there is nothing to do there)... + the town of Sambir is relatively close, where you can take a walk, Lviv is 200 km away, and the route leads through it. . . Visually, everything should be excellent. BUT

. . . even with relatively large rooms, which have everything you need (even wicker furniture), I don’t understand HOW you can not clean like that?? ? The large floor to ceiling windows are all stained, the bed/towels are stale, the carpet is dirty. The shower room is my worst nightmare. With water - interruptions, besides, it smells bad (I suspect that the rusty pipes are to blame). With heating, the issue was resolved - they brought a fairly powerful heater, so even at -30 it was not cold.
Food - oh... Now, if it were not for lard / fat, then one could eat. For all the time they fed well 2 times - dumplings and salad, and village-style potatoes and chop... The rest of the breakfasts / dinners - well, tasteless...
I repeat about the slide - an old, very simple drag. It is worth going only if you want to learn how to ride (80 UAH per day, or 8 UAH per climb). The hotel equipment is old and frankly bad.
The sauna is frozen. . . but they say it works. We went to the sauna in the neighboring "Sobin" - great!!! ! 135 UAH per hour. . .
Don't go to Vechornytsi. 120 UAH per person for pickles and vodka, with mediocre musical accompaniment, you should not pay.
In general, all these very significant shortcomings could be turned a blind eye (after all, a vacation was created in order to relax and enjoy, and not to quarrel and sour), if not for the boorish attitude of the administrator. We are not accustomed to begging for service and services for which we have already paid, and receiving them in poor quality. . .
This is the first hotel / complex in my memory that I openly do not recommend going to. If you still want to relax in Rozluch - Yasenitsa, then it’s better to stay at Sobin - I can’t speak about the quality of the rooms / food, but their sauna is excellent, the rooms are cheaper than in the Yard, and besides, hotel guests (we met them on the hill) were very pleased.
Have a great holiday everyone : )
