When booking through Pokupon, I contacted and clarified whether it was possible to cook on my own (not only on the grill, but whether there is a stove in the cottage, because I am traveling with children), said that I was ready to pay extra for an electric stove and utensils for cooking. At my request, they explained to me that the format of the base does not include cooking in the cottage (only heating in the microwave). You can eat only in the "Korchma" cafe. To the question "how to get there? " they dropped the information from the "Pokupon" website, which turned out to be false. Upon arrival at 11:30 a. m. , we found out that we were the only ones on the territory, so the "Inn" would be open only the next day.
To my indignation (because we traveled from far away, counting on a catering establishment, we had 6 people, 2 of whom are children, there is almost no food and we have to wait until the next morning) they heard me, an employee came and fed us lunch and prepared dinner.

It is really winter in the rooms. Breakfast at the "Inn" when the temperature is probably a little above 0 degrees, so it's scary to even undress, we just ate in outerwear. There is no point in ordering from the menu, because we were made to understand that no one will particularly adjust to us either in terms of time or dishes, and there are no products.

Under the condition of the Pokupon certificate, we could use the pool from 10 a. m. to 5 p. m. every day, but nothing prevented us from renting the pool and sauna to other people and restricting access to us (we have nowhere to go)! But it is not as critical as the night visitors of the SPA area with loud cackles, screams, etc. On the last night, the "guests" rested from 1:00 a. m. to 6:00 a. m. with bottles clinking, obscene language, and quarrels.
