After studying the reviews on Polyana hotels for a long time, we stopped at Reykats Polyana, chose a 2-room suite (number 200 turned out to be in place)
I liked the outside of the hotel, as well as the room.
Thanks to the man who wrote a review in which he clearly and clearly indicated which gate to enter, since in fact there are three of them, only the extreme left ones work.
There is a lot of free parking, there is a place for everyone.
There is an elevator at the hotel and it’s functioning, well, if you don’t take into account the fact that it broke down three times in a week and on the third we got stuck there with the child! it did not work until 8 o'clock in the evening.

Two TVs, two air conditioners, one remote control. A sofa, two lorries from which they created the type of a double bed, which moved around for an hour, but you can put up with this, since the manager of the hotel business herself. The restroom is not large in size, but it has a bathroom 1.50 in length, it’s the most for a child, but not very good for a man 2.20 tall. Now let’s get down to WATER))) After the rain, it was with sediment (and it often rained), there was no water in the taps at 8 o’clock in the evening, so how everyone bathes (as they explained at the reception), so we bathed in the bathroom only after 23.00.
Special thanks for the balcony, it is really needed, the view is good, just on the playground.
Nutrition
The breakfasts that are included are quite good (Swedish line), but the complex... if I cooked this for my husband, it would immediately be in the trash.
What was ordered from the menu of normal quality but at Kiev prices. The children's menu also deserves a +.
Waiters are a separate issue.
I understand that not pros work there, but still . . sweeping crumbs on the floor with your hands is a tin. The administration that cannot buy brushes and scoops for this business ??? ? Forgive me, but this procedure for cleaning tables is carried out by all the waiters and all on the floor!!!
And yes... the husband ordered a hodgepodge, they brought the fish soup, because of the oversight of this kid, lunch was 1.5 hours late
When ordering by phone, they miss a lot from the order. When leaving, they did not count the same complexes, they called already after and asked to pay extra.
