We rested with my husband and child, we just returned, so I hasten to share my fresh impressions.
I'll start in order, they settled us quickly enough, despite the fact that the check-in was at 14.00, our room was ready at 13.00. I liked the room, small, but everything is very clean, crisp towels, snow-white bed, everything you need is there: a kettle, scales (at the buffet, so as not to gain too much, they were very handy), bathrobes . .
Nutrition. I've read previous reviews, some like it, some don't. Everyone must be hard to please. My impressions and my husband's here coincided - I liked everything. Everything is fresh and different every day. I was pleased with good homemade cottage cheese for breakfast and dinner, a lot of dietary dishes and a children's menu. The waiters are very smart and polite. I liked that there was always compote and uzvar, a variety of cereals. There was always meat and fish, delicious khachapuri, respect to the chef, everything is of high quality. We were 100% satisfied with the kitchen.

Staff. The people who work in Reikartz Polyana do it with soul and great dedication, everyone is very friendly, the service is of high quality and unobtrusive.
I want to note that it is very convenient to relax here with children, everything is very thought out, there is animation, a children's room, another one near the restaurant, our child ate and went there to play, and we were still drinking coffee... In general, children and parents can have fun relax.
From the treatment we had a mineral bath, magnetotherapy, herbal teas... the staff at the SPA is also attentive, went for a massage, seemed "weak".
In general, I really liked the rest, there is something to do in the hotel, and there is where to take a walk, we had a week of complete relaxation, I really want to come back again, in spring or summer.
I definitely recommend the hotel, the impressions were the most pleasant, the whole family liked it.
