Having visited Fantasia 6-7 years ago, moreover, 3 years in a row, this time I decided to opt for this hotel. And then there is also a discount from the Pouchon, in general, one to one. I went with a good mood and expectation to improve my health and relax.
Check-in: check-in quickly, paying extra. money can be deposited immediately.
The girls at the reception were polite and helpful - on all shifts.
A good spa and the staff are very pleasant to talk to and do great treatments.
Nice well maintained area.
Now about what I did not like and did not like categorically.

1. To get to the territory, you need to go along a terrible rocky-sandy road, and if a car passes through it at that moment (and this is a frequent occurrence, especially for trucks with water, because further is a well), you find yourself in a sandy-dusty mist that settles on the skin, clothes and you have to inhale it (I'm attaching a photo). And you have to walk several times a day, if you are not going to be limited to the territory of Fantasy.
2. Food. Yes, your m... This is not a restaurant, this is a canteen, and a vile, worthless canteen. It's like you have to disrespect your guests to feed them... this.
God forbid you take complex meals if you are already going to this hotel.
Where are those wonderful gourmet salads that delighted us 7 years ago?!
The current cook knows the only sauce and its name is store-bought mayonnaise.
And the main ingredient of all salads (any) is sausage.
The water in the pool was very cold, and every day of our holiday it became colder +19 degrees. The staff made surprised eyes - "it can't be! ".
Room cleaning - so-so, on C grade.
The shower drain worked disgustingly and cleaning did nothing, apparently, this is already a global problem.
Summarizing, I will say a hackneyed phrase, but it accurately reflects the state of affairs - the hotel is tired. It can be seen that they save on everything that is possible and undesirable. Personally, I have no desire to come again.
P. S. Perhaps this is my first "grumpy" review of the rest in general. Usually, I come with a positive attitude and try not to pay attention to the little things. But here is a bust on daily annoying factors. I want to note that the review was not written with passion, I rested a month and a half ago.
