2. Food. Yes, your m... This is not a restaurant, this is a canteen, and a vile, worthless canteen. It's like you have to disrespect your guests to feed them... this.
God forbid you take complex meals if you are already going to this hotel.
Where are those wonderful gourmet salads that delighted us 7 years ago?!
The current cook knows the only sauce and its name is store-bought mayonnaise.
And the main ingredient of all salads (any) is sausage.
The water in the pool was very cold, and every day of our holiday it became colder +19 degrees. The staff made surprised eyes - "it can't be! ".
Room cleaning - so-so, on C grade.
The shower drain worked disgustingly and cleaning did nothing, apparently, this is already a global problem.
Summarizing, I will say a hackneyed phrase, but it accurately reflects the state of affairs - the hotel is tired. It can be seen that they save on everything that is possible and undesirable. Personally, I have no desire to come again.

Bathrobes are changed every 2-3 days, the quality leaves much to be desired. On the way, at the reception we were offered various excursions. We agreed to a trip to Synevyr Lake, which we later regretted very much. At the appointed time, a minibus came to the hotel for us, it turned out that we were the last ones, all the places were already occupied by tourists, naturally we got trump places at the very end. Considering that the trip is long (3 hours only in one direction), traveling with children, although not quite small (12 years old), is very uncomfortable on a bus without air conditioning, there is nothing to breathe, and you can’t open the hatch, as it blows very much. The children were rocked, and it was not sweet for us either. Pleased with crazy views from the window and a pleasant guide. The trip itself took place in an endless rush, so that apart from the stuffy bus, nothing else remained in my memory. Upon arrival, we complained to the administration, the girl listened to us carefully, tried to justify herself that the tour was not from the hotel, to which we said that we need to take care of our customers in all situations and not offer anything, but only quality services, because your vacationers trust you. As a result, they promised to take action. Well, enough about the bad, because the rest in this hotel was remembered more on the positive side. For quite a tolerable amount, in principle, we got everything we were going for: the beauty of the surrounding nature, silence, tranquility, and sufficient comfort.
