3. The rooms are dirty. When we arrived, it was not cleaned, there was dust and dirt everywhere, we left on the 5th day, it was also not cleaned, i. e. for the entire period of 5 days, no one cleaned, although the maid was in the room, took away the garbage in the toilet.

4. Rental is hard. We took category B skis, i. e. as stated by him for a couple of seasons, it means "fresh", although they were not particularly similar to fresh ones. The swearing continued until the evening until the redneck owner of this hotel arrived and kept trying to assure that it was easier to pay or buy them new skis than to repair this one, they say he would check later, i. e. knocks stupidly on the mount and it will fall off. Again, I did not believe in this nonsense. There is a service and rental service 2 minutes from the hotel, the guys did it in 10 minutes, and they explained that such breakdowns happen and they don’t take money for it, but simply change the skis and repair the broken one and re-launch it. You should have seen the face of the distributor who then knocked the ski on the ice in an attempt to break the mount. As for the scuffs, we accidentally found a photo on the first day, when we just took it from the rental and just photographed them, which quickly silenced all the accusations. As a result, instead of 200 euros, for which EVERYONE tried to DISSOLVE, from the distributor to the owner of the hotel, he paid 1.5 dollars for repairs, although in a normal box office they don’t take money for this. Took out the nerves to the fullest!
5. Poor sleep for the whole group, as if the hotel somehow affects people negatively.
