Не рекомендую, администрация хамы I do not recommend, the administration is boorish

This hotel did not live up to expectations.
Visited the hotel a few years ago, everything was fine, decided to return.
From the pros:
- relative proximity to the 1st ski lift of the hotel;
- the waiter Mark, thanks to him for the good service.
Of the minuses:
- the hotel feels like it's not new;
- audibility above average;
- no soap, in the shower dispenser with liquid soap by the sink and portioned shampoo;
- in the room there is a single socket for three beds, located in the bathroom, there are no sockets in the room;
- no kettle/refrigerator;
- the rooms are dirty;
- a request to clean the room more qualitatively upon arrival was refused, because supposedly we brought it to such a state in a couple of hours, while at that time we were in a restaurant;
- here you can eat cheaper than in the center of Bukovel, but the food is mediocre. When ordering a kebab on the grill - they brought just boiled meat fried on the sides in a frying pan;

- Manager Valeria is rude, allows you to yell at guests during breakfast with children for no reason, extorts money for services not rendered, threatening to call the police. After the scandal with the manager and administrator, they themselves called the police and there was already communication with the police with the filing of an application for consumer protection. Spoiled one day of rest, after which we moved to a hotel next door.
I do not recommend. You can find a hotel for the same money and even cheaper with a higher quality and level of service!
