We rested at the Chervona Ruta Hotel in January 2011. When ordering a room, I had to pay a 100% prepayment (I can’t call this a positive thing, but what can I do! ). When we arrived at the hotel on the appointed day, the hotel administrator put forward a number of requirements, one of which just finished me off: DO NOT DRY THINGS !!! ! How does the owner of the hotel imagine after a day of skiing not to dry things????? ? But more interesting! There is not even a chair in the room where you can hang things and put them near the radiator and dry them! I think the owner will think about when the bedside tables are limp from the fact that everyone will hang things on them. Not only that, you can’t touch these batteries at all, but when we got to the room, the battery was completely turned off! In the evening, I had to come to order breakfast and tell the time of this breakfast! The breakfast menu is very SMALL! This was especially understood when we went to dinner at the "Magic Karpat" and asked for their breakfast menu (they have 2 dishes on the menu, cheese sandwiches, tea to choose from, coffee). And we've been choking on scrambled eggs for almost a week! 1 sandwich with cheese in "Chervonnaya Ruta" costs 10 UAH. There was no black tea all week. On the first evening when we went to order breakfast, we were told not to be late, otherwise the food would get cold. In the morning we were like a bayonet in the dining room (which, by the way, with this number of skins and stuffed animals looks like a MORGUE, and this style is more suitable for a billiard room than for a place to eat) breakfast did not expect us at all !! ! I had to wait another 15 minutes. And so the whole week. Bread for scrambled eggs had to be asked every time and the same situation with sugar. And in the morning, when we went to the ski lifts (the center of Bukovel near the ticket office, rental, 2nd lift), the path was not 150m as stated in the information about the hotel, but 700-800m. Down the mountain, of course, it was fine to go, but to go back....There is no road to the ski lift at 150m!! ! On the day of arrival, it was also said that the rooms would be completely cleaned every 3 days. The first cleaning was complete (they vacuumed, made the bed and changed the towels), and the second time the bed was not changed. In addition, we had to witness the cleaning (they did not have enough time from 9.00 to 15.00) and they forgot the garbage in the room, we had to take it out into the corridor ourselves. There is something to compare. In Slovakia, the cleaning of the room with the replacement of bedding and towels took place EVERY day, and even I have never met a person who does this! And the price of accommodation was much cheaper! ! The waitresses (especially those with red hair) were always like in another world. The speed of service left much to be desired. On the day of our departure, we had to be on the street at 8.00. When we asked in the evening if it was possible to have breakfast at 7.50, it turned out that it was impossible to fry scrambled eggs 10 minutes earlier. It is not so cheap to stay in this hotel that there would be so many shortcomings. There was no particular pleasure. The hotel is not worth the MONEY they want. Be carefull! We will go to another hotel next year and I will never recommend it to my friends !! !
