The trip was in July, we went on a coupon with 3 meals a day, lived in a standard room with a view of the stairs to the Radison, as such, there are no views in the hotel that Bukovel boasts (there is a view of the road and the neighboring hotel (there is a construction site and constantly trucks they drive) And the view from the end of the road and part of the village is good only from the upper floors. … More ▾ The trip was in July, we went on a coupon with 3 meals a day, lived in a standard room with a view of the stairs to the Radison, as such, there are no views in the hotel that Bukovel boasts (there is a view of the road and the neighboring hotel (there is a construction site and constantly trucks they drive) And the view from the end of the road and part of the village is good only from the upper floors.
- the hotel is located very high on the mountain, climbing along the road past construction sites and wastelands, it took us 25-30 minutes with a 5-year-old child, partly in dad's arms, in the heat for lunch the most difficult thing, we climbed twice a day .
- strange companies in the evening at the hotel, almost every evening, until one in the morning on the street, gatherings, fights several times, running around the hotel screaming, the hotel itself is from one building and on the ground floor there is a restaurant, we complained to the reception but they pretend that they are not in course, watching the guests, they concluded that they were local, employees of the same hotel and from neighboring construction sites, if a mother and a child were traveling, it would be scary without a father.
- complex lunches, of course, we did not expect that there would be super food and we were going to buy something for the child, BUT they do not work on the menu, that is, only a complex lunch, there is no way to buy even juice if the child did not want tea, or for example if pancakes for breakfast and you want to buy another portion, then you can’t, they are cooked according to the number of vacationers)) Many people bought their own food and came to the restaurant with it, but there are no refrigerators in the rooms, it’s better not to take perishable food
-they turned off the lights for two days and turned them on only at 6 pm, just on those days there was bad weather, they sat with discharged gadgets and without a TV set in the rooms, earlier, in order to save money, they did not turn on the generator. There were candles at the reception and in the restaurant, but they did not take care of the guests ((
our room is ordinary, the balcony is wide, but there are no empty chairs on it, we didn’t take out the only one from the room, we hung things on it, there is a very small closet in the room in the corridor, I can’t imagine how skiers store their things in it in winter. The hotel also has practically no territory, there is no playground for children. Radison is nearby, but they have a fenced playground and access to it through the children's room, an hour in the children's room is 250 UAH)) Bukovel itself is of course beautiful and did not want to leave, but we will never return to this hotel.

The room was very upset - there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the room itself was very uncomfortable. We live in a triple semi-suite - there is no closet as such, there is even nowhere to hang jackets, it is impossible to make out bags, there is very little space in the room, I went in and immediately stuck in the door of the "closet", everything is already very old and with unpleasant smells, noise isolation does not exist at all. … More ▾ The room was very upset - there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the room itself was very uncomfortable. From the positive: good location, not the worst food, clean bed. Everything else is minus. I do not recommend the hotel, I myself will not go again.

2. The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable. The temperature can be adjusted independently. It is very rare, but here in the shower the water flows normally, this is taken care of here.
3. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of transfers to the trails, although walking 300 meters.
4. Delicious food and inexpensive compared to other restaurants in the resort, so we ate only in Krasnaya Ruta, and three times a day.
5. Disadvantages: you can not dry things, although in a ski resort there is always a need.

The place where the hotel is located is cozy, quiet, but it is difficult to call it out of the way.
Almost the entire village was visible from the window of our room (number 7, standard with a balcony).
In the evenings, no one disturbed us, no one bawled songs, no dances were arranged. Only one evening the neighbors on the floor sang songs loudly with a guitar. Complained to the reception, but did not wait for the results - they fell asleep.
The room is not like the picture in Bukit, looks more modest, but clean, with a high ceiling and tastefully decorated.
Small hallway 3m with a surprisingly simple corner cabinet. In principle, the things of two adults fit there, but I counted on the promised closet, meaning
something larger. Next room, 15 meters. Comfortable bed, bedside tables without doors, a large wooden TV stand. About 6 channels work, half
Russian speakers (which is nice). Batteries are in the bathroom and bedroom. You can turn it off when it's hot. There is no dryer for clothes (I mean laundry in the room). Socks and shorts dried on the side of the shower. By the way, the cabin is nice and clean. Hot water was always available and the pressure was excellent.
Wi-fi in the cafe is sluggish, it works better at the reception.
The food is tolerable, but the breakfasts (which are included in the price) resembled a soviet canteen. Dishes are beautifully presented
however the portions are small. And sometimes half-cold. Lunch for two adults with a normal appetite with an average load on the slope will cost 120-150 hryvnia.
As for access to the lifts, the nearest one is #7. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk along the asphalt path (depending on what you are wearing). You taxi to the right onto the 7th track, put on your skis and drive down to the bridge and the playground (where the rental and ticket office are actually located). Back about the same way.
---------------------
A very important thing: this year they are not allowed on the ski lifts without a helmet! Rental costs 25 hryvnia. Good thing I took mine. But my husband does not have a helmet at all. Spent on this garbage - 325 hryvnia. And all the way they were perplexed - why the hell is he needed.

We rested at the Chervona Ruta Hotel in January 2011. When ordering a room, I had to pay a 100% prepayment (I can’t call this a positive thing, but what can I do! ). When we arrived at the hotel on the appointed day, the hotel administrator put forward a number of requirements, one of which just finished me off: DO NOT DRY THINGS !!! ! How does the owner of the hotel imagine after a day of skiing not to dry things????? ? But more interesting! There is not even a chair in the room where you can hang things and put them near the radiator and dry them! I think the owner will think about when the bedside tables are limp from the fact that everyone will hang things on them. … More ▾ We rested at the Chervona Ruta Hotel in January 2011. How does the owner of the hotel imagine after a day of skiing not to dry things????? ? But more interesting! There is not even a chair in the room where you can hang things and put them near the radiator and dry them! I think the owner will think about when the bedside tables are limp from the fact that everyone will hang things on them. Not only that, you can’t touch these batteries at all, but when we got to the room, the battery was completely turned off! In the evening, I had to come to order breakfast and tell the time of this breakfast! The breakfast menu is very SMALL! This was especially understood when we went to dinner at the "Magic Karpat" and asked for their breakfast menu (they have 2 dishes on the menu, cheese sandwiches, tea to choose from, coffee). And we've been choking on scrambled eggs for almost a week! 1 sandwich with cheese in "Chervonnaya Ruta" costs 10 UAH. There was no black tea all week. On the first evening when we went to order breakfast, we were told not to be late, otherwise the food would get cold. In the morning we were like a bayonet in the dining room (which, by the way, with this number of skins and stuffed animals looks like a MORGUE, and this style is more suitable for a billiard room than for a place to eat) breakfast did not expect us at all !! ! I had to wait another 15 minutes. And so the whole week. Bread for scrambled eggs had to be asked every time and the same situation with sugar. And in the morning, when we went to the ski lifts (the center of Bukovel near the ticket office, rental, 2nd lift), the path was not 150m as stated in the information about the hotel, but 700-800m. Down the mountain, of course, it was fine to go, but to go back....There is no road to the ski lift at 150m!! ! On the day of arrival, it was also said that the rooms would be completely cleaned every 3 days. The first cleaning was complete (they vacuumed, made the bed and changed the towels), and the second time the bed was not changed. In addition, we had to witness the cleaning (they did not have enough time from 9.00 to 15.00) and they forgot the garbage in the room, we had to take it out into the corridor ourselves. There is something to compare. In Slovakia, the cleaning of the room with the replacement of bedding and towels took place EVERY day, and even I have never met a person who does this! And the price of accommodation was much cheaper! ! The waitresses (especially those with red hair) were always like in another world. The speed of service left much to be desired. On the day of our departure, we had to be on the street at 8.00. When we asked in the evening if it was possible to have breakfast at 7.50, it turned out that it was impossible to fry scrambled eggs 10 minutes earlier. It is not so cheap to stay in this hotel that there would be so many shortcomings. There was no particular pleasure. The hotel is not worth the MONEY they want. Be carefull! We will go to another hotel next year and I will never recommend it to my friends !! !

In 2010, I had a very pleasant impression, although there were quite a few small remarks that concerned the staff of the cafe rather than the accommodation. But at that time the hotel was working, if I'm not mistaken, the second season, so did not pay much attention to it. Everything else suited everyone, especially for the price it was. Actually four stars aren't there, but 3 I would put.
This year I was pleasantly impressed by the service in the cafe and of course the kitchen. During this visit to Bukovel I had to visit 4 different cafes, so there is something to compare. Of the four, Ruth was the tastiest, and of course a little more expensive!
The only remarks to the Red Route and the Magic of the Carpathians (which is nearby) are the unpaved road near the snow and the lack of normal parking (cars stand along the road).
Who first arrived - getting closer, did not have time - 100-150 meters from the hotel.
