Accidentally deleted the review (VERY NEGATIVE) about the company "Let's rest" (Taras - the head of the company) and decided to also provide people with a trip to this company. (Since if I had read it earlier, I would not have gone with them). Went to May. We ordered vouchers from FREE-STYLE. We were shown brochures with a super hotel and a room (we chose a more expensive option - this hotel! BEAR TOWER). The contract states that this is the hotel! Back on the bus we learned that we were 'assigned' to another hotel. For all our poking fingers in the contract and calls to Kyiv, we were brought to another (not our) hotel! As it turned out, they never specify the hotel in the contract and distribute who will live where - themselves. The hotel that is specified in our contract - this is not what we were so beautifully shown at the company, and the usual private house (not bad), but the mood has already been spoiled!
Taras said that he would deal with this company, but on arrival in Kyiv at the company I was told that no one called them and they sell tickets as they sold us.
In general, if your vacation is planned in advance and this is the only weekend when you can go to Kyiv - I do not recommend going to this tour operator and this representative in the Carpathians! ! ! ! !
