There are several good buildings in the Utes sanatorium, the rest are of a soviet flood, then behind it towards Partenit is the Karasan sanatorium. They are in a great place, in the oldest park of Crimea and close to the sea.

I definitely advise the sanatorium "Ukraine" in Gaspra, we were there last year. The price is average, but the service, the rooms, the park are all very good. Food type "buffet" in Ukrainian, certainly not Turkey, but were not hungry. 1.5 years ago, the director of the sanatorium changed (as we were told) and he is just changing for the better before our eyes. Only take 1 case, the rest will be worse. The treatment is also not very bad and a nice indoor pool with sea water. If we add to this that the sanatorium has its own beach and an elevator, I think this is the best option, I have tested it myself. As an alternative, you can consider the sanatorium "Sail", which is also not very bad, but the medical base is a little weaker than in "Ukraine". Good treatment is Ai-Danil. And the tests, and the doctors, and the diagnostic base and treatment are at a good level (at least it was). On the territory there is a new building - marine (right above the sea on the beach). The main body is good too. The sea is very close, there are few steps. In front of the building there is a large year-round swimming pool. There is a SPA center with an indoor pool, a bunch of procedures. The botanical garden and Yalta are nearby, there is a sanatorium bus. The food is very decent. You should like it in Ai-Danil.

The Rossiya sanatorium is really very good and the pool is excellent (although we rested there in the winter), but the price does not match the quality. Prices are twice as high as in "Ukraine", and the rooms are no better. In the sanatorium "Dnepr" we were only on excursions (we walked on our own) the territory is large and beautiful, there is a pump room, but again the price is much higher. You choose.

Quite often I travel to the Crimea (only this year I exchanged the Crimea for Sri Lanka) and I can absolutely say for sure that of all the affordable prices of the Parus and Ukraine sanatoriums, the best options, food and territory are better in Ukraine. But both sanatoriums have elevators to go down to the beach, large parks where you can take a walk, but the medical base is still much better in "Ukraine". If you are not constrained in funds, then the best option would be "Russia" or "Dulber", but it seems to me that it makes no sense to pay very little money for almost the same service.

But it is expensive, I lived in the best suite (for the second year in the same room) for 2000 UAH per room per day. In Miskhor, in my opinion, it’s worse - there the elevators and the passage are open only 3 times a day for an hour, during meals, the rest of the time, be kind enough to climb the stairs from the bottom up to the dining room or to the bus station (and from the buildings down to the beach, of course up the stairs). Well, in Sail you can live in ordinary rooms, anyway, everything is horizontal at the level of the highway and only an elevator down to the beach.
I didn’t have a chance to visit “Ukraine”, I won’t say anything, but there really is an elevator there.
Dulber. Yes, the new building on the very seashore, it's almost like "Palmyra Palace". However, every day you have to climb UP from this building to the dining room. For me it is unacceptable.

We liked Zolotoy Kolos in terms of service, food for slaughter. But the territory, although cozy but small, nowhere to turn around. Therefore, you still need to go somewhere for a walk. If the South Coast is not critical, then an excellent boarding house with treatment in Evpatoria "Planet". I have a detailed review of it. There is nothing to complain about in terms of treatment, territory, food, and entertainment. How much I have not studied, I have not yet met better in terms of price-quality ratio. It's not really cheap, but it's worth it.
