Yesterday we returned with a girl from a holiday in this resort and here are the impressions I brought:
Meals - stated on the website "Meals: 3 meals a day according to the "buffet" system. " this information is not correct!
Meals 3 times a day according to the system "What the cook came up with, we eat", there is no kitchen, instead of it a rented organization, the name of which we were never told. After the complaints of the Acting Director, there was a slight improvement in the quality of food, they even hung up the menu, but all this lasted only a couple of days. Thanks to the waitresses who tried very hard to please us.
Beach - the site states "Beach: own pebbly well-maintained, 1000 m from the resort (delivery by bus, delivery is carried out twice a day: after breakfast and lunch). On the beach there are: a first-aid post, a rescue service, a bar, rental of beach equipment. " this is also not true.

There was no beach of its own; instead, the bus took those who wished to a rented beach. On the beach, the rental of sun loungers really worked, perhaps this is the only thing that worked, there was no first-aid post, the lifeguards, if they were, seemed to be peacefully dozing somewhere in the shade. Delivery to the beach twice a day really was, but only from 9:45 to 12:45 in the morning and from 14:45 to 17:45 in the afternoon.
The pebbly beach, in the first days of our vacation, carefully and diligently planned a caterpillar bulldozer, skillfully going around the things of vacationers, smoked all over the beach, making the descent into the water steep and not convenient. In general, they were bought normally, only sometimes jellyfish bothered.
Treatment - the site says "Treatment base: Massage room" - the massage of the collar zone was very pleasant, it's a pity only 1 visit is free for 10 days of rest, if you want to visit a massage more often or get a massage of other zones, then this service is paid, and the usual one massage is more expensive than a full session with a chiropractor.

I can’t say anything bad about Spa Livadia, the service is top notch, an excellent pool and a wonderful jacuzzi, baths and saunas, the smell of bleach from the water is a bit unpleasant.

The only thing that pleased me was the room, the double bed was located away from the air conditioner, which could not but rejoice, the small refrigerator, disguised as a nightstand, pleased with the design, but upset with the noise and improper assembly of the shelves inside. I managed to set up 12 TV programs on the TV only after I repaired the antenna cable myself, although the TV set at the resort is superfluous. Towels and linen are changed only on request, and not as expected once a week, daily cleaning in our room was missed a couple of times, perhaps due to the arrival of a large number of tourists or Poland.
The director, who arrived from a business trip, made it clear that all our claims are not important to him, he is busy, as he said, with the return of the land holdings of the sanatorium. With such an attitude towards people, soon no one will buy tickets to this sanatorium.
We don't go to this resort anymore.
In general, the impression is not very good, although we understand employees working for such a low salary.
