1 The room was not cleaned at all. Watermelon seeds lay on the floor, and after walking on the carpet, and realizing that there was as much garbage left on the feet as there is on an ordinary sidewalk on the street. I had to lift the carpet and see what was there. And there was a very interesting sight from such an amount of dust that I happily thought what a blessing that I am not asthmatic or allergic. Otherwise, I would have been taken away from there with anaphylactic shock.
2 After long squabbles with the administrator (who heroically claimed that everything was washed) in the evening, and the maid (who, according to her husband, turned out to be an 80-year-old grandmother in appearance) in the morning, it turned out that no one cleaned the room. as we were told that we went in and looked that it was clean there, so why clean it up.
3 bathroom. That was yes...... The toilet bowl, my hands were very itchy, go to take a scraper, a bunch of detergents and scrape off the mourning frame around the entire tank, they probably never washed it. The tank turned out to be a secret. As it turned out for many. According to the administrator, whoever is lucky. You had to knock on it, otherwise it would be very difficult for you to fall asleep to the accompaniment of water murmuring in it. In general, a small waterfall in your room. Shower cabin - urgently after running to a dermatologist for a check against fungi. SHE NEVER WASHED FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD OF LIFE NEVER !!!!!!!!! . You move the door and pieces of dirt fall off of it. And I'm not exaggerating, believe me. But if you want to wash yourself, get another surprise - there is nowhere to hang a towel or clothes. You undress, you dress in the room, and you are welcome to wash in the bathroom, but while you are running back and forth, you look and lose more extra grams. There is nowhere to put it either - no shampoo, no gel, no sponge. You will directly regret that you are not Gromozeka, who has a lot of hands, how much you can hold at a time.
4 TV - it would be better not to install it than this. Remote, whether they tried to chew, or melt, we did not understand. But after the tests that passed it, ours began - on its use, and attempts to turn on, switch at least something. After a long struggle, a miracle happened, and we found 2.5 channels that you can somehow watch. And 1.5 more that need to be tuned for a long time with an antenna, which also seems to have been in battles and trials.
5 The room itself also "pleased" us, especially the curtains - you close them on one side of the window, they open the other side. In general, friends themselves choose which side of the window you would like to curtain all at once. Thank God the bed did not fall apart, although there were such creeps from it, and we decided not to risk it and sleep quietly and neatly.
6 The food surprised us too. In addition to chicken in its various variations (cutlet, chop, soufflé ), there was nothing. The portions were small, our men did not eat enough. Tea in an aluminum teapot is just nostalgia for the Soviet Union, especially among the older generation in our group. And the burnt oatmeal was just the pinnacle of everything. It would have been better if nothing had been given.
7 Most of all we were sold by an insect in the bathroom. Who sat and calmly looked at us. The size of it (presumably a cockroach) was from 2 phalanges of the index finger and not red, but black. So his appearance was one-time (we played it safe and just didn’t turn off the light), we didn’t particularly swear, but the administration said. So I don’t know who it was, but the mustache was very long and we weren’t afraid in the slightest.
For a very long time, neither the administrators nor the maids understood why we had complaints about them all the time. They had 2 iron, in their opinion, Wi-Fi arguments and the fact that there were no complaints from previous tenants. Despite the shortcomings of previous hotels, this was the worst. And as we were told that we were sooo lucky. The repair in these rooms was 10 years ago, and they have rooms where there was no repair for 20 years. One big plus of this place is 15 minutes to the embankment, it is very quiet, and from the window of the upper floors, if the windows overlook the sea, the view is simply fabulous.
Yalta is divided by the river, as it were, in half from the sea. On this side, where the boarding house, running. Quite a sad sight. But Massandrovsky beach is not bad. The water is clean. Chaise lounge 200 rub.
On the other hand, there is a beautiful embankment, theaters, cafes, shops....I advise you to be located to the left of the seaport, when viewed from the sea. However, Primorsky Beach is worse there. In my opinion.
Conclusion: I would not go to Yalta a second time.
Yesterday we returned with a girl from a holiday in this resort and here are the impressions I brought:
Meals - stated on the website "Meals: 3 meals a day according to the "buffet" system. " this information is not correct!
Meals 3 times a day according to the system "What the cook came up with, we eat", there is no kitchen, instead of it a rented organization, the name of which we were never told. After the complaints of the Acting Director, there was a slight improvement in the quality of food, they even hung up the menu, but all this lasted only a couple of days. Thanks to the waitresses who tried very hard to please us.
Beach - the site states "Beach: own pebbly well-maintained, 1000 m from the resort (delivery by bus, delivery is carried out twice a day: after breakfast and lunch). On the beach there are: a first-aid post, a rescue service, a bar, rental of beach equipment. " this is also not true.
There was no beach of its own; instead, the bus took those who wished to a rented beach. On the beach, the rental of sun loungers really worked, perhaps this is the only thing that worked, there was no first-aid post, the lifeguards, if they were, seemed to be peacefully dozing somewhere in the shade. Delivery to the beach twice a day really was, but only from 9:45 to 12:45 in the morning and from 14:45 to 17:45 in the afternoon.
The pebbly beach, in the first days of our vacation, carefully and diligently planned a caterpillar bulldozer, skillfully going around the things of vacationers, smoked all over the beach, making the descent into the water steep and not convenient. In general, they were bought normally, only sometimes jellyfish bothered.
Treatment - the site says "Treatment base: Massage room" - the massage of the collar zone was very pleasant, it's a pity only 1 visit is free for 10 days of rest, if you want to visit a massage more often or get a massage of other zones, then this service is paid, and the usual one massage is more expensive than a full session with a chiropractor.
Infrastructure:
- gym
There was a hall, but we did not go there and we were not offered to visit it.
- bar
There was also a bar, but we didn’t go there either, the bartender sat bored at the table and listened to something reminiscent of chanson, which discouraged us from going to the bar even for coffee.
- sauna with swimming pool
This is a special item. We were not invited to the Sauna or the pool, but they said that we were supposed to visit the "Spa Livadia" 1 time in 5 days, which we willingly took advantage of, it's a pity that the rest of the vacationers did not find out that we NEED to DEMAND what is rightfully due.
I can’t say anything bad about Spa Livadia, the service is top notch, an excellent pool and a wonderful jacuzzi, baths and saunas, the smell of bleach from the water is a bit unpleasant.
- parking lot
I won't say anything, because we were on foot.
The only thing that pleased me was the room, the double bed was located away from the air conditioner, which could not but rejoice, the small refrigerator, disguised as a nightstand, pleased with the design, but upset with the noise and improper assembly of the shelves inside. I managed to set up 12 TV programs on the TV only after I repaired the antenna cable myself, although the TV set at the resort is superfluous. Towels and linen are changed only on request, and not as expected once a week, daily cleaning in our room was missed a couple of times, perhaps due to the arrival of a large number of tourists or Poland.
The director, who arrived from a business trip, made it clear that all our claims are not important to him, he is busy, as he said, with the return of the land holdings of the sanatorium. With such an attitude towards people, soon no one will buy tickets to this sanatorium.
We don't go to this resort anymore.
In general, the impression is not very good, although we understand employees working for such a low salary.
