+ Nice rooms for the price. In other hotels, the furniture is quite old at such prices. The rooms have everything you need, incl. basin for washing and drying clothes on the balcony. An iron and ironing board can be used free of charge on the floor. Kettle daily, if necessary. A good beach, clean, adjacent to the Yalta-Intourist beach, and it is considered the best in Yalta.
Disadvantages:
1. Indeed, this is not a sanatorium; back in 2008, its employees said that they would rename it to a boarding house. I went there after pneumonia and hoped for treatment, I received only a massage.
2. The biggest minus is the territory, the sanatorium is located on the territory of an abandoned park WITHOUT LIGHTS (you really have to go by touch), in September at 19h. it was already getting dark, it was scary to return, even the employees of the sanatorium themselves said that they had become victims of attacks more than once.

3. The concierge who sits at the entrance and looks after our keys often leaves somewhere, anyone can come in, take your key and go rob your room.
3. For 2 weeks of rest, the bed and towels have never been changed. Trash was not taken out every day.
4. The refrigerator stank very much, I could not store food there, there is no hair dryer.
Additionally:
Meals are the same as in a regular restaurant.
The bus that takes you to the beach is really very old, everyone fell off their seats at the corners.
During my stay, the sanatorium hosted a group of Germans and Jehovah's Witnesses. In the mornings I had to listen to the singing of the "witnesses". For the Germans, they served separately in the dining room, because of this, our breakfast was shifted and shortened in time. And we also saw that the Germans were provided better food than us, I don’t know if they paid extra for this or it was a show.
Bottom line: I would rest there again if the territory was put in order and the lanterns were repaired. I don't want to risk my life anymore.
