We chose the hotel (we were looking for 4 stars) because of the good reviews and beautiful photos. But the reality did not match the expectations. Of the declared set of services, there were only pools and a bathhouse, part of the water park (the children did not work), a piece of the beach, a clean beautiful zoo. Part of the beach is rented out and is paid. The remaining two mini-pieces look like a public one, packed with people to the eyeballs, while non-hotel guests rest on sunbeds along with vacationers. There are no umbrellas, mattresses, lifeguards. Lifeguards sit on paid parts of the beach) so the sea is clean, but the beach area is so-so.
There is no service. Cleaning, replacement of towels and linen is not carried out, garbage is not taken out. All by yourself, while asking for or buying garbage bags, as well as washing powder, cosmetics, cleaning rags...
Dishes and tables in the marble restaurant are not enough. The dishes are dirty, wash yourself. If you eat on the street - rejoice in the neighborhood of birds, as the tables are not cleaned and the birds have fed. Tables are not prepared for meals.

The pools are excellent, super, but small children swim in the Olympic and in the species, although they still have a lot of pools, so you can swim only in the morning or in the evening. Garbage from sunbeds, glasses can lie for a day or two.
The territory is beautiful, a great zoo, the animals are cleaner than in the rooms.
Lots of people and noisy.
The hotel is not worth the money, unless of course you are willing to pay 20.000 for a visit to the zoo and water park.
