The girl promised that the security would sort it out... after we went to the reception 3 more times and called several times. Guards went up to the neighbors without result. They still took pity on us and at 2-30 at night they moved to another room. Probably, all the same, our requests that before the 40 km race we want to relax had an effect on them! Attitude towards guests leaves much to be desired. A deposit for a bathrobe and a beach towel which is returned after two weeks, it's kind of strange in a hotel like this. I can’t say anything about cleaning, because there was none. When checking in, I recommend asking for rooms whose windows do not overlook the construction site and a very noisy utility room (bottles clink in the morning).

Well, since we were in Crimea for the first time, we went on excursions anyway. We took a superior room with two rooms. No luck with the view - the windows overlooked the opposite side of the sea. But on the other hand, they always had breakfast with beautiful views, as my wife said - as if it even adds taste to food) Seagulls fly around. Cool. There were no questions about food. Great selection, especially for breakfast. The children's eyes ran where to go - a zoo, a water park, all sorts of chairs, figures. Aquarium in the car Rope park. And of course the sea! There are a lot of cafes near the beach. Entertainment for every taste. Highly recommend!

Photos on the balcony turned out just gorgeous! The territory of the hotel is huge, plenty of entertainment for the whole family. I especially liked the Vorontsov baths and the Infinity pool.

We chose the hotel (we were looking for 4 stars) because of the good reviews and beautiful photos. But the reality did not match the expectations. Of the declared set of services, there were only pools and a bathhouse, part of the water park (the children did not work), a piece of the beach, a clean beautiful zoo.
