I liked that food in the room can be ordered without any problems by phone call, they bring it very quickly and the food is not bad. On a common pebble beach, there are about a dozen sunbeds from this hotel and they are given out, sort of, on a card of some kind. rooms and the staff didn't bother to check after they left. The most interesting thing is that she took my number and did not check whether everything was in place in the mini-bar, and then argued with foam at the mouth that she always checks everything for everyone. Of course, I paid those 100 or 200 UAH, so as not to spoil my nerves, but they talked to me like with some kind of thief, which left a very unpleasant aftertaste. After they took the money, they just turned away and pretended that we weren’t here talking about something of their own, apparently it’s superfluous to say goodbye to hotel guests...
