This summer my husband and I traveled around the Crimea and stayed at this hotel for a few days. Arriving at this hotel, the only thing we regretted was that we did not go here right away! It's just great here - very pleasant service, delicious and very inexpensive cuisine, a swimming pool in which it is very pleasant to swim before breakfast, chic rooms with a balcony and a sea view! We absolutely loved everything!! ! I was pleased with my own beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas! The sea is very clean, you can see every pebble at the bottom! Yes, and we were met at this hotel not as tourists - but as good old friends! Next summer my husband and I are planning to come here again! Leana, Tulipa, Elzara, Emil - thank you for an unforgettable vacation!! ! Now we are your regular customers, and we recommend your hotel to all our friends and acquaintances!.

We decided this time to go to Utes, Verona Hotel and were not mistaken. We accidentally stumbled upon this hotel on the Internet and upon arrival were pleasantly surprised that in our Crimea you can find such a cozy and hospitable corner. The territory of this hotel is one of the most spacious in Utes. There is a swimming pool and a large two-story restaurant with good delicious cuisine, throughout the rest they ate only there.

The territory of this hotel is one of the most spacious in Utes. There is a swimming pool and a large two-story restaurant with good delicious cuisine, throughout the rest they ate only there. The Verona hotel has a close location to the sea with its own beach. The sea is always very clean. Very pleasant, caring and friendly staff, one can say of a European level, and the thing is that this year for the first time the Verona Hotel fell into the hands of new tenants (the Ganiev family) - true professionals and experts in the hotel and restaurant business.
Entertainment: the proximity of the Verona hotel to the sanatorium "Utes" with a daily entertainment program for children allows us to provide high-quality fun and exciting leisure for our children.
If next time we gather in these places, we will definitely stop only in Verona.

I never write reviews, but in this case, my soul can not stand it. We rested in the Crimea with children, we chose the hotel on the Internet, never before (and I must say, in the future our legs will not be there either! ) Have not been to this hotel. You can forgive this hotel a lot - and shabby shabby in a junior suite! the walls, and the dirty plastic furniture on the balcony, and the always clogged bathroom sink, and the steep spiral staircase to the fourth floor, where it is very difficult to drag things in, and much more. . . But what I personally just disgust is the scandalous and dishonest staff and disgusting food. We refused food, having eaten there only twice. It was expensive and very tasteless! Eating yellow old cucumbers and white inside tomatoes instead of lettuce in the Crimea in the summer is too much. . . Not a single dish was in any way edible. . In addition, we were forced to wait for the dishes ordered in advance (4-5 hours in advance) for 40-50 minutes, as a result, the children ate cakes in the room by the time the waiter arrived with ready-made food. Not everyone gave us money for food, they offered to “take it with alcohol”, and when we said that we didn’t drink, they offered to take juices for 286 hryvnias. The administrator Tatyana, who then introduced herself as the owner of the hotel (which I personally immediately doubted, well, the owner can’t behave like that !! ), then immediately became a tenant, she behaved very scandalously and = boorishly. How does a hotel owner trust such people to run a hotel? . . They will turn all customers away! For the future: our feet will not be in this hotel! If you don't want trouble, avoid upper Verona!

The most interesting thing is that she took my number and did not check whether everything was in place in the mini-bar, and then argued with foam at the mouth that she always checks everything for everyone. Of course, I paid those 100 or 200 UAH, so as not to spoil my nerves, but they talked to me like with some kind of thief, which left a very unpleasant aftertaste. After they took the money, they just turned away and pretended that we weren’t here talking about something of their own, apparently it’s superfluous to say goodbye to hotel guests...

We chose a hotel for a long time, went to Verona, AND DID NOT MISTAKE! Mini hotel is really good, pleasant, suitable for relaxation.
Place:
The village of Utes is located in a pretty bay next to Cape Plaka. The places are very beautiful, if you go up from the boathouses, you can take a walk in the parks of the Utes and Karasan boarding houses (the latter became paid, but there is where to climb; )) There is also a long rounded beach, which almost rests on foot in about an hour you can walk to Partenit (though part of the way you will have to go along the road) Behind Cape Plaka there is an excellent view of the Bear Mountain. In general, there is where to walk, unless you are too lazy to walk up and down. Attention, the place is NOT a party place! At 10 o'clock the village falls asleep, except for a few bars.
Hotel:
The hotel is clean, comfortable, just renovated. We took a superior room, no frills, but everything is new and in working order. The room has a shower / toilet - hot water around the clock, two beds with comfortable mattresses, a wicker sofa and a coffee table, TV, safe, refrigerator, wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps, AIR CONDITIONER. Near each room there are clothes dryers and plastic furniture. Since our room was on the upper veranda overlooking the sea, there were sun loungers next to the room, and it was possible to sunbathe without going down to the beach. On the lower platform there is a small pool with sun loungers, a cafe and tables. Gym in the basement.
Service:
Cleaned when you leave the key at the reception. You will leave every day, they will clean each one. Linen was changed twice, towels 3 times in 10 days. The tank in the room broke, they fixed it within an hour. We did not take food, we prefer not to depend on anyone, but we ate at the Cafe several times - very tasty and satisfying. Coffee is beyond praise!
Beach:
There is only one small pebble beach in Utyos, which is shared by four hotels, the rest are content with concrete buns. Verona is just one of these hotels. Pebbles are large, although several places for entry into the water have been cleared. On the beach there are free sun loungers, which are enough for everyone. Rescuers work. The beach is regularly cleaned, the water is ordinary, clear, cleaner than on the city beaches of Alushta / Yalta.
About food and prices:
If you decide not to eat at the hotel, there are several Cafes and Shops in the village. The prices are different, but as in the whole Crimea they bite.
In general, about cleanliness:
Gated community, security at the entrance. The cooperatives look after their place, so that the streets are all clean, there is no garbage, nothing is lying around. There are sewage treatment plants in the village, the pipe goes deep into the sea. Never seen dirt or mud. Dolphins often swim along the coast. As for the smell, it is only in Ellengi located in the immediate vicinity of the barrels - Villa AlMarin, Corona, 130-140 Ellengi of the first line. Verona is located closer to the right edge of the village and Cape Plaka, the smell did not reach us.

climbed, went to the territory of the sanatorium "Utes" with a beautiful old park (the oldest in the Crimea), you can walk
endlessly through this park past the sanatorium "Karasan" to Partenit, where there is also something to do. You can walk from Partenit back along the embankment, where there are cafes, stalls and other amusements. Between Karasan and Utes there is a bar from a local
vinsovkhoz (the former estate of Raevsky), where the wine, which I have not seen anywhere in the Crimea or Ukraine.
