In the Crimea rested for the first time. Reading the reviews, we were ready for a surprise, but the hotel was pleasantly surprised. Rested with friends: four adults and four children - two families. Settled in quickly. They waited, because transfer has been booked. We had a two room suite. Looks exactly like the picture shown. Very spacious, bright, windows on two sides of the world, clean. Plasma TV in every room. A comfortable mattress on the bed, a large comfortable sofa (there were his layout, children slept on it). Large clean bath. Cleaned every day in our absence. Towels were changed every day, bed linen every five days.
We paid in advance for lunch and dinner in addition to the declared breakfast. The food is absolutely homemade, high quality, delicious. It can be a little monotonous, but there are no complaints about the quality. Portions are huge. Delicious homemade first courses, grilled fish, chicken. Breakfast is generally of a high standard and very varied. The territory is well-groomed, clean. Swimming pool for those who can swim (depth 180), clean, sun loungers are washed every day, pool towels are always there.
These are objective facts. But I would also like to say that the management and employees of the hotel have created a very friendly atmosphere for relaxation. Managing Faith resolved all emerging issues quickly and competently. There was a situation when we, returning from an excursion, were late for dinner. They called to warn them not to cook in vain, because. dinner until 20-00, and we should only get there by 22-00. But the manager said not to worry, a hot dinner would be waiting. And for sure: they waited and fed. Without reproaches and irritation. It was very nice. Nowhere else would they do that abroad.
