In the Crimea rested for the first time. Reading the reviews, we were ready for a surprise, but the hotel was pleasantly surprised. Rested with friends: four adults and four children - two families. Settled in quickly. They waited, because transfer has been booked. We had a two room suite. Looks exactly like the picture shown. Very spacious, bright, windows on two sides of the world, clean. Plasma TV in every room. A comfortable mattress on the bed, a large comfortable sofa (there were his layout, children slept on it). Large clean bath. Cleaned every day in our absence. Towels were changed every day, bed linen every five days.
We paid in advance for lunch and dinner in addition to the declared breakfast. The food is absolutely homemade, high quality, delicious. It can be a little monotonous, but there are no complaints about the quality. Portions are huge. Delicious homemade first courses, grilled fish, chicken. Breakfast is generally of a high standard and very varied. The territory is well-groomed, clean. Swimming pool for those who can swim (depth 180), clean, sun loungers are washed every day, pool towels are always there.
These are objective facts. But I would also like to say that the management and employees of the hotel have created a very friendly atmosphere for relaxation. Managing Faith resolved all emerging issues quickly and competently. There was a situation when we, returning from an excursion, were late for dinner. They called to warn them not to cook in vain, because. dinner until 20-00, and we should only get there by 22-00. But the manager said not to worry, a hot dinner would be waiting. And for sure: they waited and fed. Without reproaches and irritation. It was very nice. Nowhere else would they do that abroad.
I liked absolutely everything. Many thanks to the management and all employees of the hotel for the created conditions for recreation.

There are 211 hotels categorized in Ukraine. According to this indicator, Crimea ranks second after the Kyiv region. So, Villa Fellini is indicated on various Internet resources as a 3 or even 4 star hotel, this information is false, the hotel does not have any category at all.
Rooms do not fit these categories. Photos of the hotel rooms do not match reality. The photo is taken so that the rooms seem spacious, in fact they are small and stuffy. For example, a panoramic double suite with a size of only 12 square meters. meters. According to SANPIN standards, 12 sq. m for 1 person. - norm, and 6 sq. m - the minimum, in the same 12 square meters. meters squeezed in a small cramped sanitary unit.
There are no deluxe rooms: (deluxe rooms - they pull a maximum of economy or standard)
1. Slippers.
2. Bathrobe.
3. Phone.
4. Soap accessories.
5. A cup for a toothbrush.
6. Rugs for the bath and hallway (you have to walk on cold tiles).
7. Hair dryer.
8. Iron.
9. Shared balcony.
10. General clothes dryer.
11. There are 6 rooms on the floor instead of 4.
12. Common iron for the whole body, constant queues for it.
13. There is no hood in the bathroom, constant dampness.
14. No mosquito repellent, no mosquito nets on the windows.
15. Microwaves.
16. Bicycles that are supposedly for rent are broken.
Architecture:
The hotel is made in a beautiful "Mediterranean" style, with a cozy green courtyard. BUT all this is crossed out by 6 rooms per floor and the 12th square. meters to accommodate 2 people, of which 2-2.5 is occupied by a bathroom. The hotel is located on the road, on which cars constantly drive, the road is not paved and dusty.
Windows cannot be opened. Opposite the hotel there is an active development of neighboring plots. Therefore, dust is not only from the road, but also from objects under construction. On the road around the clock go drunk vacationers and yelling. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, you can hear the neighbors behind the wall (all the walls except for the load-bearing ones from the GVL), and drunken spree vacationers on the street. Parking in the yard for several cars is cramped and people are constantly looking for the owner of the car blocking their exit in the morning. At night, spotlights from neighboring buildings shine through the windows. There are thin transparent curtains on the windows, and despite the tinted glass, with the lights on in the room you are like in a shop window. In normal hotels, blackout curtains go to the "French" windows. The windows of the bathrooms overlook a common balcony.
Kitchen:
The only good thing about Villa Fellini is the cafe. Nice cozy interior. Delicious home cooked food, big portions.
Of the alcohol in the bar, only beer, but you can bring any alcohol with you. You can order for a specific time or when ready. They cook just for you, everything is fresh, tasty, no resuscitation of what was not eaten yesterday: ) as is done in most places in the city.
Rooms:
The rooms, as mentioned above, are cramped and stuffy. Most of the usable area of the room is occupied by the bed. The rooms have dirty windows, greasy stained transparent curtains. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. Double-glazed windows are single-chamber, so there is no sound and dust insulation. At the junction of windows and slopes there are gaps of decent size, so on rainy days the room is quite cool. The only crockery in the room is a mug, a spoon and an electric kettle. It is better not to use the kettle, it has a thick layer of limescale. There is an ancient air conditioner on the wall that blows directly on the bed.
The air conditioner is so old that it takes at least 40-50 minutes to heat or cool a room of 12 square meters. From the air conditioner in the on state, pieces of dirt constantly fall directly onto the table.
The double bed is two beds pushed together, with two mattresses, between which there is a huge gap. Attempts to put a blanket in the gap - did not bring much success. One and a half blanket for two adults + a huge gap in the middle of the bed = extremely bad sleep. They give out two body towels and one foot towel for two, a bit strange in terms of hygiene. This little towel can only be used as a rug in the bathroom so as not to walk on wet cold tiles. Upon arrival, we were promised to change bedding once every 7 days, towels once every 3 days and daily cleaning. In fact, cleaning is done only when the cleaners have free time for you.
First, exit rooms are served to accommodate newcomers, and then you, if you have time. No matter what your plans are, they can come to you to clean up at 20-00. They will knock, and if you do not open, then the cleaners themselves will open the door and come to you. So you constantly need to adapt to the cleaners and it’s not a fact that they will come at the agreed time. And if they come then with the faces of goblins, they will look like Lenin at the bourgeoisie. For all the time in the room, the floors have never been washed, they are wiped with a dust cloth. The bathroom has never been cleaned with disinfectants. Therefore, the joints of the tiles on the floor and in the shower are black with pieces of dirt. There is a thick layer of plaque on the shower and faucets that no one washes. After cleaning, dirty stains and rust from a stainless soap dish remain on the sink. The door to the bathroom does not close. Cleaning by itself means taking out the garbage, and a cursory attempt to wipe the dust.
The TV is not wiped from dust, on the bedside tables too. Palas had never been vacuumed, after cleaning he found a piece of a broom and a decent tuft of female white hair in the room. I don’t know what the cleaners do while cleaning the rooms, maybe they pull each other’s braids. The room has shabby walls and GVL cracks are visible. (If necessary, I will post photos to confirm my words).
Staff:
The only person worth noting is the girl Inna, a cafe worker. The only polite, correct person. Smiling, cultured, it is pleasant to communicate with her. The rest of the hotel staff walk around with goblin faces, looking down on you. There is no reception at the hotel, so the administrator of Vera is also never there. You always need to call her to solve some problem.
The attitude of the hotel administrator to the guests of the villa is boorish. He walks sideways and looks at everyone. Responds to requests with rudeness.
I called the administrator to find out why there was no cleaning in the room - to which I received the answer: "we have priority cleaning for leaving rooms, as soon as they are free they will come" and in such a tone with a hint that, like, do you even want a friend? A few days later there was no room cleaning again - called, found out who was calling - hung up and turned off the phone. In a cafe - he asked Vera for a menu, to which he received an answer - go take it yourself at the bar, apparently she is not supposed to by status. He asked to open a bottle of wine or give a corkscrew - sent to the bar and gave out a crooked non-working bending corkscrew. The hotel staff greets only the owner of the hotel, who constantly abuses alcohol products in the hotel garden. All sorts of scum gather in the courtyard of the hotel, which has nothing to do with vacationers. Some kind of handymen, some old pepper shakers drinking with the owner of the hotel.
Pepper pots can be collected from 8 am until late at night. All night long someone walks and slams the entrance gate. The spirit of the scoop lives in Villa Fillini. If you like rudeness, rudeness, bad service and you want the feeling of a scoop not to leave you even on vacation, then Villa Fellini is your choice! And yes, they have a drill!
P. S. In Japan they say: "The fool is the one who has never climbed Mount Fuji, but the fool is the one who climbed it twice, " the same with Fellini's villa - the fool is the one who, having been in it, will return to it again.

The area is new, the street is not fully equipped, the road is still gravel, but it does not bother. But it’s quiet around, no one interferes, if you yourself don’t run and yell. Delicious home cooking in the cafe. According to your personal order (within the menu and not only, within reasonable limits). Children also have something to feed. In general, we were very pleased. The courtyard is very cozy - it is conducive to evening rest with a glass of good wine. The flowers in the yard are just lovely! THANKS TO THE STAFF AND TO WHOM WHO BUILT THIS VILLA FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY. We think that we will not be here for the last time!

We have just returned from Villa Fellini, and we are in a hurry to tell everyone about it. We are glad that we visited there, we liked it, we would probably go again. Pros: the price is not high, the rooms are clean and well maintained, they clean regularly - they didn’t even notice how and when they clean it, but it was always clean.

Close to the sea, 8 minutes slowly. The food is delicious at the level of the restaurant, only the prices are lower, the staff is cheerful and smiling. The territory is closed and strangers do not go. A lot of flowers and greenery, it is very pleasing to the eye!!!
Of the minuses: there is no pool, but they said that next year there will be. If on the territory of the Villa itself everything is buried in flowers and greenery, then there is not much around, on the way to the sea. But we were not embarrassed, because. we spent time either at the Villa or at the sea and what was around us didn’t care. What else did not like... I do not know, like everything.
In general, we were satisfied and glad that we got to Villa Fellini and we advise everyone : )))

We had a pleasant rest at Villa Fellini at the end of June this year. I liked everything from the meeting at the station (by the way, it's free) and to the warm goodbyes to the hotel and staff. Villa employees are very friendly and could solve any problem that arose. The rooms are nice, clean and not outdated, cleaned often.

The staff is not seen or heard, but at the same time, the rooms and the territory are always clean and beautiful! Everything is green and flowers. Always quiet, cozy and comfortable. The coffee in the restaurant is very good. The food is excellent, and my husband is very picky about food and he was delighted, he said that it is tastier only at home !! !

Sudak, August 2011
Villa Fellini
It so happened that my husband and I just had to go to the Crimea in 2011.
I’ll write right away what they chose, “not an economy class”, but a decent hotel, sparing no money.
We chose for a long time in all regions of our Crimea and, according to reviews and beautiful photographs of tourists, we stopped at Villa Fellini, although there is no pool there, which is a BIG PROBLEM when the beaches in Sudak are busy.
A pleasant female voice called and booked a room for us, not just a room, but a PANORAMIC SUITE, the same voice promised that upon arrival a room would be waiting for us and a car would meet us !!! FREE!! ! at the bus station!
And so our vacation began!
The first minus we stood at the bus station and waited for this FREE car for about 30 minutes, but making allowance for the fact that Villa Fellini "probably2" is very far from the bus station "Sudak" (when we drove it turned out to be 5-7 minutes by car) we had to stand and wait!
The second minus had to wait until they were released and cleaned in the room (although they arrived at the time of settlement)!
But all the minuses were made up for by the hotel, which is really beautiful and in flowers as in the photo, a very nice bright room, it smells nice of flowers, everything is clean, everything that was ordered on the territory of the Villa was tasty and fresh, in general, a cozy quiet hotel!
BUT the biggest MINUS is the STAFF who once did not say hello, even when we were the first to say hello, they twisted such mines as if we were passers-by on the street, Inna sometimes when they approached her at the bar something else threw something at us through her teeth, she generally amazed with her impudence !! ! Somehow they brought a few bottles of beer to the counter from the refrigerator, deciding what we take and what we don’t take, brazenly sent us to take everything that we didn’t take to the refrigerator: - But take it all back! We were SHOCKED! It wasn't hard for us, but isn't it your job?
I don’t know why we were treated like that, maybe because we didn’t take set lunches and dinners from them, or because we didn’t come and park our Mercedes in their parking lot!
At the end of the holiday, they immediately struck us together, on the day when we left Inna immediately greeted the FIRST and offered to have breakfast before leaving, even brought the MENU! Vera said hello all the time asking if they liked it and even had the audacity to ask if we would like to write a flattering review about their hotel, which we naturally refused! Sat waiting for a TAXI in a SHOCKED state! THIS is insolence!
And so Sudak is a good city, really dirty, to go to the sea along a very dusty road, the beaches clogged with people are even paid, the entrance to Alchak is paid (but you can still find where to sunbathe on the stones), where you need to look for food in the Villa is expensive (almost everything the same thing - barbecue, lagman, pilaf, etc. ), I liked the excursions, we advise you to go to the Genoese fortress!
The main thing is not to pay attention to people, but to relax for yourself !!!
We wish you a good rest in the CRIMEA of our Ukraine, maybe you will be lucky!

And we were lucky with the weather, we went to the beach to Alchak (the most beautiful reserved places and there are almost no people).

We had a very good time with my wife and daughter in Sudak at Villa Fellini. The atmosphere in the hotel is great - everything for vacationers! I liked the food very much - it was very tasty and, what was most important for us, is that everything that you order and the freshest is prepared for small children.

I liked the food very much - it was very tasty and, what was most important for us, is that everything that you order and the freshest is prepared for small children. Another very convenient thing is that you can order food at any time and by phone. At prices compared to cafes and restaurants on the waterfront - cheaper and much tastier.

My husband and I rested at Villa Fellini and returned with a great mood and a bunch of positive emotions! In general, Sudak is a wonderful place, we go there every year!! ! But the Fellini were at the Villa for the first time. We can’t say anything bad about the villa, because there is nothing to say. Everything's OK! It’s close to the sea, food is at hand and not expensive, the rooms are good, they clean it - we didn’t need anything else!.
