After reading positive reviews, we chose this hotel and we are very sorry about it. Initially, the administration of "Shelen" was very bad at making contact, I can't imagine where the understanding and sympathetic staff that everyone writes about! With great difficulty, they transferred an advance payment two months before the expected arrival (banks refused to send money to the Crimea), but they did not wait for confirmation, although they wrote more than once, but in response there was silence. We fell under the sanctions of the Dobrolet and were left without rest, so also the hotel, which we warned 37 days before the planned vacation, silent for a week and, upon repeated request, refused to rudely go to a meeting and return the money, we did not expect such a swindle and outright speculation on the misfortune of others.
