We rested in "Shelen" in September 2015. Penthouse Room: 6 adults and 2 children. We chose based on reviews, but the reality let us down. We were waiting for the checkout time (well, this is understandable), but upon check-in it turned out that the room had not been cleaned: there was black hair everywhere. The site stated - cleaning on request and change of linen after 5 days. As a result: the room was cleaned by ourselves (because the children are small) and their health is more important to us; change of linen once every 2 weeks, and then with great difficulty and after persistent requests. In the end, we were told that the staff did not keep up and this is not a hotel, but a guest house. Generally strange logic. And I decided to write a review, because the opportunity to leave a review was removed from Shelen's website, probably there are practically no positive ones, but the prices have risen decently.
