The optimal location of the hotel is close to the sea (5 minutes), but the noise from the embankment does not reach the hotel. Shop next door. Two houses from the hotel there is a restaurant-dining room (it looks like a buffet restaurant, the prices are the same as in the dining room for 150-200 rubles for a full meal, breakfasts and dinners are cheaper, with a fountain, with flowers and a playground).
If we go to Sudak again, we will only stop at Mint. I recommend "Mint" for a calm, spiritual rest.

The hotel was chosen on the advice of friends and did not regret it. The owner of the mini-hotel MINT met us at the bus station in Sudak, although we arrived at 2 am. And he didn't take a penny for the meeting, although the taxi drivers just grabbed our suitcases and wanted to take us for 200 rubles. I really liked the location of the hotel: not far (500 m) from the embankment, not noisy, flat road, everything is nearby (shops, canteens, cafes, discos).

I really liked the location of the hotel: not far (500 m) from the embankment, not noisy, flat road, everything is nearby (shops, canteens, cafes, discos).
I really, really liked the arbors made of grapes near each room: no one stares at you, doesn’t look into your mouth, you just relax in seclusion with your family - SUPER! Wherever they rested (and they traveled the length and breadth of Crimea and Kirilovka), then either the tables are under one canopy, or a common walk-through balcony with tables - in general, it is not comfortable. And in the mini-hotel MINT - this is their huge advantage.
I liked that there is a table with chairs both in the room and outside the room.
Minus - there was no food, you can only cook on your own. Despite the fact that there are many canteens and cafes nearby, we would prefer to eat at the hotel, since the responsibility for the quality of food is much higher in the hotel than in any other canteen or cafe, where you will not complain later.
Minihotel MINT is served by the host family itself, so naturally there can be no talk of any rudeness and inattention. Everyone is very courteous, all the requests that we made were taken into account. I liked it a lot and the prices were great too. In general, they were very satisfied.

Very friendly intelligent hosts. And I really liked Sudak - the city is small and very compact, everything is nearby. The disadvantage is that the beach is crowded in August, but we were advised and we went to the beach of the children's camp. There are children until 11-zo, and then they leave. And for us, kapush, this is it. In general, this year again booked for August. Let's go and write.

Nice guest house, good hosts. They met us at the station by car, took us to the guest house. The rooms are spacious, clean, there is a kitchen where you can cook. A house has been built right next to the north side, nothing has been built on the south side yet, so it's better to live on the south side. The owners devote a lot of time to the garden, there is really a lot of greenery.

It’s not far to go to the sea, about ten minutes at a leisurely pace, but the road is not paved, if it’s hot outside, then it’s a little hot to go. It’s a decent walk to the large Fora store, but there are small shops nearby, vegetables and fruits are sold on the street itself. If you are going to Sudak, do not be lazy, buy bottled water, as the tap water is not very good to put it mildly, apparently there is a problem with water in Sudak, you can get poisoned. There were a lot of people on the beach, I can imagine what happens there in June-August...
