I called Zelensky, made sure that the money was credited to the account, received assurances that he was waiting for us in August.

What was my disappointment when at the end of July (2 weeks left before arrival), I received an email from Zelensky by e-mail: due to force majeure, we were forced to rent the hotel to other people, we apologize, how can I return the prepayment. If there were 3 of us, there would be no problems, but we are 11. In August, finding 5 rooms in one place is simply not realistic.

After we were denied housing, Zelensky continued to actively offer our rooms on all sites, but at different prices (I saw all this, because I started looking for accommodation options again), so all his force majeure circumstances It's just a greed for profit.
This is not why we booked accommodation in May, two and a half months before arrival, when there is still a choice and prices do not bite, in order to rush about in August and look for what is already impossible to find!

Where is the justice? This means that homeowners insure themselves against any
force majeure in advance, but what about us, tourists, where is our insurance? Who
should be liable to us for unfulfilled obligations?
