We stayed at the villa in June in a junior suite. What surprised me was the size of the room 30 meters and the bed on a raised platform. You need to climb the stairs to the bed, but it's even cool. The sea is nearby. The beach is free. There is only one cafe and a shop, but in the center of the village there are many shops and cafes, but it is very noisy and bustling there. Walk ten minutes.
