We stayed at the villa in June in a junior suite. What surprised me was the size of the room 30 meters and the bed on a raised platform. You need to climb the stairs to the bed, but it's even cool. The sea is nearby. The beach is free. There is only one cafe and a shop, but in the center of the village there are many shops and cafes, but it is very noisy and bustling there.

Unforgettable days we spent with the children at Villa Courchevel. Before the trip, I read the reviews and it became scary... A very good hotel, everything we wanted from a vacation, we got. Clean, comfortable rooms, greenery all around. The hostess Victoria and the girls working there are very kind , hospitable, ready to help, very pleasant in communication.

The clean, warm sea is very close. The children and we really liked it. And I would like to wish the gentlemen who leave such vile reviews: When you go on vacation, leave your negativity and bad mood at home. Enjoy your rest and don't interfere with people's rest. May God bless Victoria and be patient.

This is not a villa "Courchevel", more like crypts. The photos on the site do not at all reflect what is in the rooms of this so-called villa. Firstly, it will be very difficult for you to park your car next to the villa, there is no parking space and you have to huddle under the fence. Views on the roofs of neighboring buildings.

Very, very inhospitable hostess. The rooms are damp, stink, the bed is over the toilet, without railings with a narrow staircase, it's really scary. The floor is tiled from Soviet times. Whitewashed walls. No internet even though it says so on the website. In general, if you want to spoil the rest, you are here!

Just returned from vacation. We booked a hotel through Booking, after which we received confirmation from the owners of the villa and from booking. The price is the same!! ! But what was our surprise when, upon arrival, the hostess Victoria forced us to pay an additional 20 dollars, referring to her website and the prices there. Allegedly, the booking site gives false information. She brought her laptop and began to try to show us her site with the help of Wi-Fi. Wi-fi succumbed from the fourth time; ) After our indignation, Victoria said that she didn’t like it - I’ll check in others, you can leave. Naturally, no one was going to give documents on payment. As compensation, Victoria offered us a room with satellite TV (already 12 channels). All the time we stayed at the villa, we had the impression that we were poor relatives who had come on the head of the owners. The villa itself is beautiful, a lot of greenery, everything is clean, hired cleaners all the time clean and water the greenery. The rooms are cardboard, the toilet room is under the bed and the humidity is ventilated only with the doors wide open. There is only one teapot in a special place, you had to carry it back and forth to make tea. To my question - is there at least some kind of dishes, except for two glasses, Victoria replied that there is somewhere. . . the truth brought us three plates (for which special thanks). The beach is not far, located on the territory of the boathouses and they let you in with a business card of the villa. One day there was a meeting and the entrance was simply closed, in the evening it was also impossible to go to the sea. On the second day, we found a newly built hotel in Simeiz for the same money, only much more comfortable and with air conditioning. Kettle in the room, and a private balcony overlooking the sea, and not on a thin strip over the roofs of boathouses. We regretted that we paid for the entire stay. The nature is excellent, and the service is Crimean. It is a pity that only hired cleaners were friendly.

At the villa "Courchevel" (Simeiz) we spent the night from 26.07. 10 to 27.07. 10, we spent the night, because there was not the slightest desire to stay for a longer time! I want to say only one thing about the service in such places - they lay softly, but sleep hard. I understand that a villa is not really a hotel and the rules are not so much of a hotel business as of the owners themselves, but if you (the owners) are so intolerant of people, then why even get involved in the business of communicating with people.

And since you've done that, it's a good idea to take note of the rule that the customer is always right! And now the information for those who want to stay there: if you are going by car, I strongly advise you to arrive before dark, firstly, it is extremely difficult to find this villa, because there is not a single sign, and secondly, you may grumble that it is already too late in order to accommodate someone, you may be "lucky" like us and you will hear it from the "hospitable" hostess Victoria, this will immediately let your mood for a great vacation. As for parking, it will be quite difficult for cars with a low jib to park there, since there is no question of asphalt there, and any Alpine resort will envy the descent to this parking lot. After a tedious journey, a feeling of hunger (do not expect anything to be offered there) and a whimpering child, it was simply stunning to meet such a "hospitable" welcome. I wanted to leave immediately and in order to somehow clarify the situation, I had the audacity (according to the hostess) to hint that the money (175 USD) had already been taken from us in advance and we have every right to spend the rest of the night here , to which they told us (I quote) "I will pay you more if only you left here... " - very hospitable isn't it : )))? And if it wasn't for the kids, I would have done the same. Now the details: we had a "suite" 2-room, but fresh, but cheap (by the way, in Yalta-Intourist, a 2-room junior suite, which is much cooler than this suite, costs us 200 USD plus breakfast, beach, every whim, etc. , etc. . n), as for 20 meters from the sea, they would like it so much there will be all 100, plus you need to stomp through someone else’s base, there is hot water in the room, but the pressure is such that you won’t be able to take a shower. Perhaps I would have found something else to criticize, but at dawn we safely left for Yalta. And I won’t take risks like that anymore, for which special thanks to this very Victoria. And here's what's strange: we got to this villa by accident, we always stay in Yalta, in Intourist, and now we were sitting on our suitcases when they called us and apologized and asked to come not on Saturday, but on Sunday. We decided to spend the night somewhere nearby and then move to a hotel. I called all the normal hotels in Yalta, Gurzuf and Simeiz, but there were no rooms anywhere. . . , but the villa "Courchevel" turned out to be more free, and to be precise, it was completely empty, we did not meet a single resort soul there (only our car and the owner's car were in the parking lot), I think that this also says a lot. Well, in the end, I would like to advise Victoria, if you are so intolerant of people and they just enrage you, then remove your site from the search engine and host guests according to your mood, and if you think that I am wrong in something, then get on my website with a link "reviews", I think it will be clear to many whether your peace is disturbed or not.
