The institution of registration in Ukraine has been abolished in general. Crimea is the territory of Ukraine. In theory, you have the right to freely move around it. Legally, no problem. You may have problems at the border. If there is a "registered" (military ID), it should have a mark on registration in a specific military registration and enlistment office at the place of your registration for residence. As far as I understand, you do not have such a mark. Crimea is treated as an occupied territory. Citizens of Ukraine are not prohibited from traveling to Crimea, however, special "attention" is paid to citizens of military age.
