The staff is friendly, only on the day of our departure it seemed to me that Lilya was out of sorts and had (again, I have) the impression that she couldn’t wait until we left. In general, here are some small moments a little overshadowed the overall impression. The food is good, food must be ordered in advance, i. e. , for example. say in the morning that you will have lunch. Several times we did not have time to order, or we thought that we would not eat at the hotel, and then someone wanted to eat, and we need to say thank you, we were never denied this. And about the interior design of the room: the husband complained all the time that he lives like in a museum)) plus the room is on the first floor and has its own small area on the street.
