There were no problems at all with booking a room, with settling too. Although the hotel is not located in the city center, it is in a convenient enough location to get to any area. I was struck by the comfort of the rooms - nothing strict, the usual homely atmosphere. Enjoyed delicious breakfasts. If you are tired of sitting in the room, but you don’t want to go far - the patio is the best option =) There are exotic plants, a pool... I really liked walking around it (the place is equipped for smoking)
The hotel has everything - a refrigerator, a microwave, wifi, a beautiful view from the window, I did not have the feeling that I was missing something
I liked the staff very much - everyone is kind, talkative, they know the city very well, they will tell you how to get to the place you are interested in
In general, I am glad that I found K&T, from now on I will only stay there.
In general, I liked the hotel. They walked around the whole city: a beautiful embankment, ferry rides, Khersones, Balaklava and many other things that took your breath away.
Thank you Sevastopol - we will definitely be back!
Now for the cons. the location of the hotel in a beam around private houses - that is, the first - there is no view from the window - if only in the neighboring courtyard, in the evening it is rather dumb to walk. if you go up the hill, then there is a stop - Dmitry Ulyanov. Minus - very often its transport flies by because it is already packed, you can stand in the city for about 10 minutes. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Chersonesus by foot, but it makes sense to cross a busy road and it makes sense to go to Chersonesos because the entrance is paid and it’s worth seeing only once, well, maybe two.
The cost of the rooms is such that for this price it is more profitable to rent a private apartment right in the center, and, in general, this building can be called a hotel with a stretch.
The pedestrian approach is also problematic, comparable to an access road decorated with an idiotic inscription: "Beginning of an ecological road", "End of an ecological road". They feed disgustingly. The cook, to put it mildly....he is also a waiter, so it is difficult to talk about the quality of service.
By the way, a rat lives in the dining room. I saw it myself. The courtyard is probably cozy in summer, but it is blocked by some kind of dirty blanket. Something the owners did not share among themselves. Rooms are old and not comfortable. I would say worn out. Loved the reception girls. They try very hard to make up for all the shortcomings of this so-called BUSINESS CONFERENCE HOTEL. And finally, about prices. I think they, in terms of the quality of living, should be at least two times smaller. In general, if there is nowhere to spend the night, then one night is possible, but no more... There are many other private hotels nearby.
