We rested at the base "Festival" in the lower camp. The location of the base is 5 min. walk to the sea. The beach (small pebbles) is free, clean, cleaned every morning. On the territory of the base there are many fruit trees, greenery. Wooden houses are different - for 2 and 3 people. During the day they were very hot. The houses have the necessary furniture, but everything is very, very old. The shared kitchen is located on the street - there is an electric kettle and a stove. Also in some stone houses there are refrigerators for common use. There is only cold water in the shower, heated by the sun. You need to go to the dining room to the upper base - they cook deliciously and inexpensively, but you need to come by a certain hour, since there are few servings and there is nothing left at the end of dinner. There are grills on the territory of the base. Shampoo can be taken from the administration. Meat is brought from Sevastopol at very reasonable prices. There is no entertainment at the base, but it is very comfortable for lovers of silence, there is also no TV and Internet. You can go on an excursion to Sevastopol - 15 minutes by minibus to the North side, and then on a boat or ferry. The base staff is very friendly and accommodating. . The living conditions are acceptable for a budget option, but I would like to update the furniture, replace the old beds, tables, bedside tables and refrigerators that have been standing since the times of the USSR, and also put a boiler for hot water. Although it would be more expensive to live there, it would be much more comfortable.
