From the positive: very beautiful, well-groomed territory, many flowers and statues, fountains, trees and shrubs. The territory is large, it is convenient to walk, and go in for sports walking and so on. This is where the positives ended. now about the cons - the hotel of the resort does not pull for 4 stars! Toilet paper in the room - from waste paper - the cheapest quality! The air conditioners in the room did not work - they were not connected, although during the day the temperature reached up to 33 degrees in the black! There are no bathrobes in "Prestige" type rooms, let alone rooms of a lower rank! And it would be convenient to go to the procedures in bathrobes, as they do in many sanatoriums around the world!
There is not even a wall clock in the rooms - very inconvenient! In the room declared as "PRESTIGE" - there is no individual safe - and this is not allowed for 4 stars! And the TV, although flat, is only 22 or 24 inches - very small - and on an empty wall opposite the bed. Now about the procedures - I had a voucher with treatment - the necessary procedures are given in a minimum amount, but not "profile" procedures are numbered 11 or 12 - for example, gum irrigation, inhalation, halotherapy (salt room) - of course for general strengthening of the body - it's great , but I would like procedures according to the profile of the disease. Of course, you can assign procedures and buy in addition! But why do this???
Everything feels "sovdepovshchina", it feels like you are in the 90s of the 20th century. For everything you need to pay and pay extra! Is it conceivable - the pool on the territory of the sanatorium - is paid for vacationers! Pay 300 re, then use it. . . Next - water and mud therapy - if a vacationer plunges into the bath in the nude - then honey. staff must be of the same gender. And here you are smeared with mud by pleasant middle-aged women (medical staff), and they smear everywhere with a hand in a glove with mud and on the genitals too !! ! There are no wall clocks in the water-mud treatment rooms either - the procedure is released with the help of an hourglass, so be it, but for the patient they are not visible and it is impossible to understand the duration of the procedure (how much is left). Here you are lying, "getting the procedure", in complete silence... Or you could turn on the background calm music - this would only have a positive effect on the procedure!

Next - the table on which you are smeared with mud - absolutely flat, there are no handrails. How can a patient covered in mud roll over? or get up after the procedure if the patient is 60+ or ​ ​ with movement restrictions?? ? It would be ideal - if the table could change the angle of inclination - up to an almost horizontal state - it would be very convenient !! ! Oh yes, it would be very expensive for a sanatorium, but with a price tag in the middle season of about 5.000 rubles per day per patient - I think this is not a huge problem! Now food. Meals are served in the dining room from a custom menu. Ordered a day from the proposed - and get it! Not very convenient for a 4 star resort!
It would be ideal - a buffet, especially since the resort is almost always full. Oh yes, this is again a rise in price. The food is monotonous, if fish is served, it is always dry, what is sour cream or mayonnaise, or sauce - apparently they don’t know here - they put it like according to "cards". They may object to me - there is always ketchup, mustard and horseradish on the table, but there is no mayonnaise, sour cream !! ! So it turns out that all salads are very dry! In the evening, discos, karaoke, etc. are held. For 2 weeks - films were shown only 2 times - it could have been more often!
