You can google housing, there on some site you can choose the price in rubles, hryvnia and dollars. I looked specifically at Yalta, depending on the proximity to the sea, from 400 UAH per room / apartment / private sector and above. Nothing on the food bill I can’t say, but somewhere a level higher in price than ours. You can get there, there are direct minibuses to Simferopol, but no one has canceled customs.
