No one will tell you that everything is fine, go easy. This is war. The situation is changing daily. And if the railway and bus service to Crimea was canceled, then this should already alert. My recommendation is not to go there and even more so by car. And in general, in such weather and without war it is dangerous to go.

Especially from Europe - why?? ;-)

Eat calmly. And do not listen to nonsense about the war. Everything is calm there. And I want to ask alarmists like mazja - why not go to Paris too? there are terrorists. And in America it is restless, then skyscrapers will blow up, then a marathon in Boston. If everything is so scary, then it is better to close up and stay at home. Yes, houses are also unsafe, in New York, a Boeing somehow crashed into residential areas.

Crossing the border with Crimea, from the territory of Ukraine by foreign citizens is possible only with special permits to visit the occupied territories, I can’t say how to get this permit, I don’t know these subtleties. It will be easier for you through the Russian Federation and then through the Kerch ferry crossing. And planes from Europe to Crimea do not fly in love ...;), only if with a transfer in Moscow.

I don't understand why a man should be advised to take such an adventure up his ass. If it is still normal to travel around Ukraine, then how to cross the border? Stand for days at the ferry in Kerch without food and a toilet? Or leave the car at Perekop, and go to the Crimea on foot, because transport links will be blocked? Recently they wrote how thieves ruined dozens of cars left somewhere in the south due to bad weather.

I have not studied the topic, but there seem to be problems for citizens of other countries to cross this transition.
This transition is officially recognized only by the Russian Federation. Perhaps the stamp in the passport of the Russian border guards may then be reasons for refusing entry into the territory of Ukraine.
In Cyprus, for example, due to the same problem, stamps began to be placed on separate sheets of paper. Do Ukrainian border guards put a stamp? Does this count as leaving Ukraine? If they don’t, then how can they enter, because then it’s an illegal exit?
In short, I would research the topic before making a decision.

Yes, Ilsen, in my opinion, has already abandoned the option. And she did the right thing - why such hemorrhoids ... :)

I sympathize. But you need to get used to it. This situation will last for a long time.

Foreign citizens on the mainland through Ukraine are definitely not allowed to visit us now. If it is not possible to fly by plane through Moscow, then it is better not to meddle here from the western direction. From the east - only through the Kerch crossing. In principle, an interesting experience through the crossing, I got out to St. Petersburg that way.

I recommend tourists to refrain from visiting the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Entry through the mainland is problematic, through the ferry and by air - illegal and fraught with big problems in the future.
