A Russian passport is enough for now. Well, a green card for a car and it’s better not to take it at the border, it’s better to have a good insurance in advance. Apartments for monthly rent are not expensive even by Ukrainian standards.

From May 20 to June 20 is normal, but the weather can let us down. She became changeable. This September it was already quite cold for swimming, and earlier it was quite a swimming season...

Roughly, from 3 thousand UAH. per month (minimum) - Saki, Mezhvodnoe, Zaozernoe, etc. Each region of Crimea has a different price, the Southern coast of Crimea is the most expensive. I agree with hatinka: choose the Eastern (Sudak, Koktebel) or the Southern coast of Crimea.

If you go early, then from May 1 you can swim in the Sea of u200bu200bAzov. The water temperature is already +18. with an adult, it's next to the beach. We swim until the end of September, but 2013 was exceptional. In September it was as cool as ever.

It is better to exchange currency on the way to Crimea, and not in Crimea itself. You will drive through cities, and more than one, of Ukraine, for example Melitopol. May this year was abnormally hot, and September, on the contrary, cold. I always like to be in Crimea or the end of May-beginning of summer or September.
