close WALK to the sea,

large landscaped area
outdoor free pool,
decent rooms,
respectful food
many cafes and other quirks to go out in the evening a la "adults hang out."

If you are planning a purely beach holiday (that is, staying most of the time at the hotel), then choose Ai-Danil, it is newer and more comfortable. If you also want to take a walk and see, then probably Ukraine (there is still a good patch with cafes and shops nearby), close to Alupka Park and Ai-Petri. Look at another new hotel very close to Yalta Livadiysky and Palmyra Palace, many are very pleased with it. In small villages in autumn, life is already beginning to fade, and this is closer to Yalta.

I’ll add one more thing: we travel often and love and know Crimea very much, I myself would like to find such a hotel, but ... Everyone with a large and good territory and a park cannot get rid of the “sovdepiya”, poor rooms and food also leaves much to be desired. If you are used to vacationing abroad in the summer, I doubt that you will be satisfied with the combination of price-quality and your wishes. New ones, with good service and rooms, do not have territories. Therefore, we don’t go during the high season, but in the off-season (from the second half of September to May) we settle in Yalta, there at least there is something to do and pretty good restaurants.
