I really liked the sanatorium "Sail" and the sanatorium "Ukraine". Great territory, its own beach, quite decent food and a great location, and if you add an acceptable price to this, then I think that these two places will suit you. If you have any questions please write.

In July, be prepared for crowds of vacationers on almost the entire coast from Evpatoria to Feodosia.
